Take my advice & don't stay at these apartments. The noise is so bad you won't get to sleep until 5am. This should definitely be in the description of the property. We complained through the night and asked to be moved to a different apartment but wasn't allowed. At 4.30am we actually took the mattress off the bed and put it in the hallway of the apartment. Underneath the mattress was filthy. We complained again in the morning but our complaint wasn't taken serious Don't waste your money. Book elsewhere

Had to go home a night early as couldn’t stay there another night. Lift was broken and we were 6 flights up the stairs and I’m pregnant ! Don’t stay here if you want any sort of sleep and are a medium / light sleeper. I’ve never heard music so loud live singer underneath and I asked for a quiet room and that was until 5am. They also look nothing like the photos it’s false advertising

Noisy, it was impossible to sleep, I was placed in a poky room and dealt with incompetent obnoxious staff, she failed to provide correct log in details for the internet, and asked me to leave a positive review before I had ever checked in! After an entire night of noise until 5am as she had put moved me into the noisiest 'apartment' after I explained I needed a quiet work space. I was held up from leaving by her telling me off and going on about an honest review of the horrible experience I had, never have met anyone so incompetent and unprofessional in all my life. I checked into another hotel and will never return, in 10 years of staying in city centre hotels I have never known anything like it, another customer was yelling down the phone complaining as I arrived and his gf apologised on his behalf. I left as angered as he was, management needs to be aware of how I'll managed their reception is and the shocking lack of customer service.

Stayed here last minute for 2 nights during a weekend trip to the city. Paid £85 for Friday night and £170 for Saturday night. Certainly not worth anything more than £100 and even that’s pushing it. The apartment itself was at first glance nice, but overall very standard and quite tired. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were good. Barely any plug sockets in the main sleeping/living area which proved to the a struggle. The bed was comfy enough but WOW it was noisy. And I don’t even mean for couples-time reasons. It squeaked so loud every time you moved a finger. The location of the apartment is good in terms of you have the city on your doorstep, but it is located in the very very very centre of the city and potentially on one of the wildest streets. Watched someone smash the glass door as we walked up to it. It is surrounded by pubs and bars that are on the go until 6am, so if you’re planning on sleeping before 6am then this isn’t the place for you. Quadruple glazed windows are needed. Can’t wait to visit Liverpool again but will never stay here again.

Great stay. Fab reception staff. Abdul was really helpful. Clean rooms. So some you might want to be at the rear of the building as to not hear the nightclubs. Amazing location. Cavern club 2 minutes away. Lots to see and do from the apartments.

Stayed in R48. Would not recommend. Peeling paint and damp surrounding the windows and ledges. Damp patches on ceilings. Bedroom door did not close and draught from windows upstairs blew through. We had to tie a scarf to the door handle and attach to a full suitcase to keep door closed. Bedside lamp hanging off the wall. Springs on mattress gave an uncomfortable night sleep. Very shabby tired apartment in need of work.

These apartments are just amazing ! Very convenient to the Cavern Club and the beds are super soft. Having a full kitchen was also a bonus. We were only there for one night so it was just a place to sleep for us, but it felt like luxury ! Only negative was the room was a cavern view which was what we booked but we never expected the noise the whole night ! Even though it says the room is soundproof, it's not. If you drink enough vodka it should drown out the noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Was bought a 2 night buy a gift stay . Decided on here. This place is awful NOTHING like the photos . Had to pay £50 to upgrade as the first bed looked like it was going to collapse . Wood flooring peeling chunks out of units . Anyway we upgraded and this is still terrible if we wasn’t meeting friends we would go home . Faulty sockets shabby furniture . Please do not put yourself through this go somewhere else !

Apartments are in a very central location, if you are young and want to party till the early hours they would be good for you. If you are like me and want come back earlier then do not book. Apartments are warm and clean with lovely large bathroom but the shower was in the bath. The apartments are above a very noisy street that has lots of bars. We could clearly hear music playing loudly till 5am in fact this was the noisiest hotel room we have ever stopped in. The reception said in future we should ask for a quiet room as he said the other side of the hotel is quieter. The pictures look more modern than the reality. I would never book this hotel again however; if you don’t intend to get in till the early hours it is in a fabulous central location.
