房間還可以，這個價位還算合適。環境為什麼給低分呢，因為真的這個地段是菜市場，三四點鐘開始就很吵，酒店隔音也不好，我一夜沒怎麼睡覺，白天晚上有車很吵，早起還有人裝修還是什麼的，在外面吵死了，拍了視頻但是錄製效果不太好。

做為一個酒店基本的衞生不合格，定了兩間標間，衹能湊出一套乾淨的枕頭被套床單，服務員給換了一套床單後，發現還是臟的。
設施不合格，大花灑天靈蓋翹起，跟鯨魚似的上頭噴水，小花灑也是前後左右同時出水，空調製熱效果頂多20多度，服務員還演技炸裂説很熱。
本來覺得尚客優好歹是連鎖酒店，居然能在這麼多基礎的衞生和設施與服務都出問題，真的有些過分，入住體驗很差
