The hotel is not big, but the location is very good. It occupies a peninsula. There are few people in the off-season, and you can almost enjoy the scenery alone. The service is good overall. The service at the front desk and the restaurant is good. Only one male receptionist has a bad attitude. The facilities are not properly maintained, which caused the bathroom drain to be blocked. I notified the front desk to deal with it. At first, the attitude of the female receptionist was okay. After a while, the attitude of the male receptionist was not good. Ctrip Gold Diamond, the maintenance of facilities and the quality of individual employees need to be improved.
