Above Carretera Llança - Portbou, outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Llança, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden (fenced) flowers and trees. In the house: sun terrace. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 3.6 km, railway station "Llançà" 3.2 km, sandy beach "Grifeu" 650 m, rocky beach "Cap Ras", swimming bay 450 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, surf school 1.5 km, sailing school 1.5 km, riding stable 1.5 km.
