Staff were friendly. Had lovely new bathroom in bedroom. Room was dated but comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was basic and mismatch furniture, but the room had a bath and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was limited but what we did have was nice, the eggs were good. The bed was hard and noise from doors can definitely be heard from other floors. It wasn't the best hotel in the world a bit rundown and sad looking in places, but for two nights we managed fine.

Arrived as a last minuite booking. Was awake all night with birds and rats/mouse scurrying around the ceiling. The shower mat and shower was filthy. Mirrors streaked and curtains hanging down of the rail.
Breakfast was cereal options and egg (all varieties - but one choice) on toast. There were leaks from the light fixtures in the dining room dripping into buckets. 3 staff members went to all the tables to take the breakfast order. I was a table of 1. Hotel run down and dingy.

The bed linen was clean but the rest of the hotel was not. The stains and dirt on walls and carpets throughout the building were worrying. The bathroom smelt awful. The bar is closed and only bottled drinks can be bought from reception. Breakfast - Cereal and toast with butter and jam was plentiful, fruit was also available. Hot food was eggs or porridge - maybe this reflects the current food hygiene rating of 1. The staff we saw were friendly and helpful but there is no way we would ever stay here again.

This hotel needs condemning,we came home early, the bed collapsed at 10pm ,nobody was available to fix it apart from the night receptionist,when the mattress was moved it was obvious the same thing had happened previously as there was the side of a wardrobe underneath the mattress,as it was a double bed it comes in 2 halves the replacement for the collapsed part was replaced with one identical only this one was full of stains from I dread to think what , the gap in the frame had to be padded out with pillow's. I asked to speak to the hotel manager to be told she was .ot available until 8am I the morning, waited for the said time only to be told the manager is in hospital .I am reporting this hotel to the council

Good accommodation in a central part of Llandudno the room was of a good standard with on suite facilities. Continental breakfast with cooked eggs served by friendly staff there was good customer service at the reception desk had a problem with overpayment but that was resolved to my satisfaction would stay there again.

Book 3 night but left after one. Room disgusting with broken, dirty furniture. Bed extremely uncomfortable with very old matress that's spleen better days. Bathroom - rotten sink pedestal and dirty cracked floor tiles Shower tiles dirty and shower tray rusty Woke to find bugs crawling on bed covers. Carpets on stairs ripped / falling apart. Absolutely disgusting place.
