We had a lovely couple of days at the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was ideal - quiet but with great sea views. It helped that there was plenty of free parking outside the hotel. We enjoyed the food too. There was a little niggle: we were told that coffees were not being served at 3pm, so we went to the cafe up the road. On our return we saw someone on the terrace with a cup of coffee!

We had an excellent stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and we had a wonderful sea view. We ate dinner in the evwhich was a high standard. Breakfast was cooked to order and good quality ingredients. Excellent value for money. We will return.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a get away for 1st year anniversary, unfortunatley room was way below standard for money we paid, cobwebs on walls,hole in wall, filler all in door frame, broken shower tray, missing lights in bathroom ceiling, broken toilet seat, old toilet roll left behind blinds, collapsed chair for dressing table filthy windows in room and in guest breakfast area, resteraunt looked good and its quiete road only good things i can say, needs revamping urgently as we seen alot better for the price surrounding this place

Our 3rd stay at The Lilly and we weren't disappointed, fantastic room with a lovely sea view, very comfy bed, great shower Lovely cooked breakfast Good location We'll definitely be back soon

Absolutely would not return here. We stayed here whilst the weather was incredibly hot. The room was absolutely stifling We asked if there was any possibility of a fan,to which we were told “ I’ll see what I can do” but nothing happened in regards to us getting a fan! The weather was predicted and not unexpected and any establishment should be providing a fan in the room under these conditions. The room was average, mattress was uncomfortable and there were visible signs in the room that needed attention i.e. paint flaking off the walls and marks on the doors. Due to the heat in the room we had no option other than to sleep with the window open. I’ve never actually had a worse night sleep in any hotel than we did here. The noise from the road outside was unbearable ! We did intend on speaking to somebody the next morning, but again this was a complete disaster. We walked into the breakfast room which I have to say was an absolute mess. there were tables full of the previous guests breakfast and crumbs all over the floor. The breakfast set up is very poor and so basic! Eventually, a guy entered the room and greeted us across the room from the door to our table . He never even came over to speak to us or ask what we would like.? He just shouted across the room “2 cooked breakfasts yea?”. There were no menus on the table, and given the fact that he just shouted to us across the room he never even asked us what we would like or not like on the breakfast or even how we would like our eggs. This is a basic thing that you need to do . Once we had finished our breakfast, we intended on speaking to somebody regarding our previous night and the poor nights sleep that we had. There was then nobody around to speak to. My partner walked into the main bar area to find somebody and there was nobody there.My partner then decided he would use the toilet before we left, and walked into water at least 2 inches deep on the floor of the gentleman‘s toilets. Again, he came out and went to find somebody so that he could tell them that they had an issue, but again there was nobody to be seen anywhere. This is absolutely not acceptable, that there is nobody present during breakfast or even more importantly to check you out and have the decency to ask you how your stay was. We would never return to this venue, which is a shame because it has a lovely location but based on our experience absolutely not ! Up your game regarding looking after your guests !!

Being taken care of is what they do well at The Lilly. We had an easy check in and a beautiful sea view room. Walked to the distillery and then the pier. We came back for dinner as the fish and chips looked best at the Lilly. The garden salad was also perfect and they had a lovely rosé. Breakfast in the morning was included and we were welcomed by Paul, who gave us some great advice about the area. We would come back to Llandudno just to stay at yhe Lilly and be near the beach!
