Comfortable single room. Accommodating and helpful staff .A good choice of menu for breakfast with enough fresh fruit.

They hosted a great formal group dinner for us. Food was delicious. Thanks to Gerwyn and his staff for their excellent service.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. The hotel and staff were welcoming and very friendly. We stayed in the next door part of the hotel and the room was wonderful . Spotlessly clean with a massive bed. There was also a couple of sets of drawers and a wardrobe with hangers. Tea and coffee was provided. We had dinner on the first night which was very good and the wine a good price. The waiter was very helpful. Breakfast had a good choice but sometimes it smelt of burnt toast due to people not understanding how to use the toaster? All in all a lovely few days exploring the area in a central location. It has a couple of nice lounges too as well as seating outside to enjoy a drink or two. There was parking a little along the road belonging to the hotel.

Thanks to all the team for a lovely seaside break - made to feel very welcome and superior room was worth the small upgrade. This is a very traditional hotel which seems to cater for the older demographic - the decor and service follows suit. It's accessible and staff were very helpful. Food quality was good - dinner service menu great. Hot breakfast options limited to full Welsh or salmon and eggs alongside usual buffet menu. Would happily return, well located and comfortable break

I booked my room with Secret Escapes but I don't think it's particularly expensive and I REALLY loved it. I loved my room and I loved the staff - the reception staff and the dining room staff were GREAT. It's not much of a walk to the sea and the shops. I had dinner there and my pasta main meal was the best pasta dish I have ever eaten - and I eat a lot of pasta! There was a nice vibe in the dining room. Breakfast was also delicious and plenty of it. I will be back as soon as I can manage it. I wish I'd stayed longer but hindsight etc etc

Excellent hotel, centrally situated within easy walk of railway station and on bus routes. Service was thoughtful and staff were friendly. Food surpassed what we expected, both in terms of variety, quality and quantity. All told, what you should expect from a 4 star hotel.
