Travelodge Llanelli Central ★★★

"Stayed here during the recent heatwave and the hotel had done all they could to keep the room cool. Very much appreciated. The room was very clean and I slept well. Thankyou to Richard the manger for going above and beyond during my stay"

Diplomat Hotel and Spa ★★★

"Great hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly"

Premier Inn Llanelli Central West ★★★

"A great little Premier Inn, made special by the excellent Sandpiper pub next door. Apparently the Sandpiper is due to close, which will relegate this to being just another featureless (not so) budget hotel. A very sad prospect. Should anyone from Whitbread be reading - blindly chasing profit will lose you the source of any profit - Customers. Think again before it’s too late. Meanwhile highly recommended in its present form."

Sessile Oak, Llanelli by Marston's Inns ★★★

"The hotel near my sister's school is just like any other small town; it's not bad for a stay."

Premier Inn Llanelli Central East ★★★

"Definitely be back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I arrived, this place exceeded every expectation. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and refined. My room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable—one of those places where you instantly relax and don’t want to leave. The restaurant deserves special mention. Every meal was outstanding, from presentation to flavor. You can really tell how much care goes into the ingredients and the cooking. The menu strikes a perfect balance between creative and comforting, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. Bonus points for the service—attentive, friendly, and never overbearing. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional, warm, and genuinely eager to make the stay memorable. Those small, thoughtful touches made a big difference and turned a great stay into an exceptional one. Whether you’re visiting for a getaway, a special occasion, or just a great meal, I can’t recommend this hotel and restaurant highly enough. I’ll definitely be back."

Travelodge Llanelli Cross Hands ★★★

"I felt compelled to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional staff at the Crosshands Hotel. I have been staying here since mid-February, and having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels, including five-star establishments, I can confidently say that the staff in Crosshands are truly outstanding. This includes Adele, the manager, who even arranged for a birthday card from the Travelodge team, and that goes for every other team member. I have never encountered such a well-organized, friendly, and helpful team. Each individual demonstrates a remarkably high standard of work and dedication, impressed to experience a great rapour with such wonderful staff members. In the evenings, you have Viv whom has vast experience having worked at the hotel for 19 years and still works concientasly with an organised informativeand friendly approach, Pat, and Ollie, who are consistently approachable and helpful, every time I see them even when busy, which is particularly comforting as I sometimes experience difficulty sleeping due to a spinal condition affecting a main nerve. The day staff are equally fantastic. Adele leads a well-drilled, organized, and approachable team that consistently greets guests with a smile, making a significant positive impact. Their excellent service remains consistent every day for every customer. Cerys, the supervisor, is incredibly accommodating and hardworking, as are all the other staff members, including Shannon, Morgan, John, and Gemma. They are all well-trained, informative, friendly, and helpful, forming a truly fantastic team. I am confident that the Travelodge in Crosshands attracts many returning customers due to the staff's diligent work and their consistent delivery of professional and friendly service to every guest. Every inquiry or concern I have had has been explained and addressed efficiently, with a personal and friendly approach. I sincerely hope that after reading my review you will choose to stay at the hotel if visiting the area with very competitive prices for the different rooms available. There are other staff members whom I have not had the opportunity to mention by name, as they have been diligently clearing and impeccably cleaning the rooms. I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was essential to share with everyone the high standard of customer service, hospitality, organization, and cleanliness that the Crosshands team provides to all customers. I am certain that if you were to speak with any customer who has stayed here, they would corroborate my experience. After staying at the hotel for six weeks. Every single day, the staff greet you with a smile and inquire about your satisfaction and well-being. I truly cannot speak highly enough of my personal experience here. I understand that individuals are often more inclined to write with complaints about issues such as incorrect bookings etc. However, I believe it is equally important to acknowledge when in this case the Cross"
