Lovely place, just didn’t realise it was so family oriented as a couple going on a romantic getaway, everything was swarmed by children which is not what we expected, but if you have a family with children it will be great for you. Aside from that food was decent, it was a bit repetitive so we went out to eat a good few times, but the food was mostly nice, however the quality is more 3 star rather than 4. lovely staff, apart from a few that weren’t very nice to us. Room was lovely, pool was great but again was swarmed by children, but then again it’s not the hotels fault. Good walk down to the port/ beach, 5 minutes to each one, lovely area, lovely restaurants on the port front, not so many places by the beach, but the beach was lovely. You have to rent out pool towels, so bring your own unless you don’t mind paying. Lovely all inclusive drinks, cocktails were great, pool bar was good, plenty of fast food to choose from. We just wouldn’t choose to return again, but had a nice time.

El hotel me encantó, los jardines son espectaculares muy bien cuidados y limpios , las terrazas de la piscina muy limpias y lo que me gustó es que no se puede reservar las hamacas con las toallas y tienes una gran disponibilidad de ellas ,le doy un diez a la limpieza en mi habitación todo perfecto, la comida variable para todos los gustos ,gracias a todo el personal del hotel por su amabilidad y eficacia en el trabajo.sin duda volveré

Onze ervaring in Green Garden Aparthotel – Cala Ratjada (juli 2025) Gezin van 4 personen (ouders met twee kinderen van 12 en 15 jaar) – geboekt via TUI – All Inclusive – 4 sterren volgens TUI, maar in de praktijk hooguit 2. Algemene indruk: Wat een deceptie. Dit was geen ontspannen vakantie, dit was overleven tussen de massa. Veel te druk, geen rust, en een organisatie die het allemaal niet aankan. Eerlijk is eerlijk: dit doen we nooit meer. Drukte & sfeer: 97% van de gasten is Duits en velen gedragen zich alsof het hotel exclusief voor hen is. Geduw, getrek, geen respect voor anderen – het lijkt soms op een all-inclusive camping in een stadion. Het voelt aan als ordinair “voeren van varkens”, zo chaotisch en opgefokt gaat het eraan toe. Eten & drinken: Het buffetrestaurant is totaal niet berekend op deze hoeveelheid gasten. Capaciteit veel te klein, lange rijen aan het buffet, kok houdt het vlees niet bij. Het restaurant is bovendien bloedheet – geen ventilatoren, geen airco, geen verkoeling. Borden en kommetjes voor de desserts staan ónder warmhoudlampen, waardoor je ijs of dessert verdampt is tegen de tijd dat je terug aan je tafel bent. Eten zelf is qua smaak niet slecht, er zijn thema-avonden. Maar de drukte verpest alles. Eten bij het zwembad is echt onder de maat: koude friet, pizzapunten die naar karton smaken. Veel producten (ijsjes, popcorn, bepaalde drankjes) vallen niet onder het all-inclusive concept. Kluisje, zwembadhanddoeken en zelfs tv op de kamer kosten extra. Bars: Geen bediening aan tafel, zowel niet in het restaurant als bij de bars. Je moet overal zelf in de rij gaan staan. Wachttijden lopen ook hier flink op. Personeel: Toch behoorlijk wat ongemotiveerd en onvriendelijk personeel. Vooral achter de bar lijkt een simpele vraag al teveel gevraagd. Sommige medewerkers doen alsof ze geen Engels begrijpen, reageren alleen in het Duits of snauwen je in het Spaans af. Voorbeeld: bij verzoek om een iced coffee werd er met zichtbare tegenzin een hete koffie uit de automaat getapt, met twee ijsklontjes erin gegooid. Klaar. Zwembaden: Buitenzwembad: typisch handdoekje-leggedrag om 7 uur ‘s ochtends. Water troebel en smoezelig. Binnenzwembad is op zich schoon en bedoeld voor rust, maar daar wordt nauwelijks op gehandhaafd – kinderen rennen, springen en maken lawaai alsof het een glijbanenpark is. Entertainment: Avondentertainment is best oké, maar er zijn veel te weinig zitplaatsen. Als je niet direct na het avondeten een tafeltje bezet, sta je de hele avond achteraan. Wifi: Slecht. Regelmatig geen bereik of extreem traag, zelfs op centrale plekken in het hotel. Kamer: Redelijk schoon, maar wel sterk verouderd. Gedateerd meubilair en badkamer. Kluisje moet apart betaald worden. Conclusie: TUI beoordeelt dit hotel als 4 sterren, maar dat is volkomen misleidend. Alles draait om massa en omzet, niet om gastbeleving. We hebben zelden zó'n chaotische, oncomfortabele vakantie meegemaakt – en we zijn echt wat gewend. Mensen draaid

Hotel na pierwszy rzut oka nieduży vs te które znamy z Turcji, Egiptu... ale to ma także swoje plusy - wszędzie jest blisko. Plusy: bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji dla każdego!, bardzo ładne pokoje widać, że świeżo po remoncie codziennie sprzątane wraz z wymianą ręczników, uzupełnieniem żelu i szamponu do mycia, bardzo czysto w całym hotelu widać że obsługa daje rade, baseny czyste codziennie wieczorem sprzątane, czyszczone. Animacje dla dzieci bardzo fajne, super ekipa animatorów również z yły dziewczyny z Polski. Bardzo zadbane roślinny wna całym terenie. Po zar pierwszy nie musieliśmy wstawać rezerwować leżaków w tym hotelu nikt tego nie robi jest ich na tyle dużo. Zdaniem pokoju do 12.00 przedłużenie pokoju np do 20.00 to koszt 100euro - myślę że nie warto. Na dole w lobby sa łazienki z prysznicami (bardzo czyste) można wziąść prysznic przed wyjazdem jeżeli ktoś ma późno Transfer. Minusy: hotel nie pozwala zgodnie z umową Tui na śniadanie 1 dnia, dopiero możliwy jest obiad lub snack bar od 10 00. Więc jeżeli ktoś wcześnie przyjedzie do hotelu niech nie będzie zdziwiony, słabe wieczorne występy dla dorosłych codziennie do 22.30 potem cisza choć bardzo czynny do 24.00. Sama miejscowość Cala Ratiada mało ciekawa jak na inne miasteczka w jakich bylismy nuda, widać że taka prowincja. W porcie co druga restauracja to pizza...dziwne. Jedynie piękna plaza to Cala Agula zachęcam iść na koniec tej plaży więcej miejsca i piękniejsze kolory- Super!. Hotel ma super lokalizację. Przy hotelu odjeżdżają autobusy po całej wyspie/ jeżdżą co godzinę/ np. Do Palmy, Alcudia, Porto Christo...płaci się kartą. Bardzo blisko do plaży Cala Agula 5-7 min przez lasek lub chodnikiem. Bus hotelowy też dowozi. Bardzo polecam wszystkim ten Hotel w tej cenie ciężko znaleźć na wyspie o zbliżonym standardzie.

Stayed 17 Nights in June/July. Booked 2 Pool side rooms which were in Block 3. Next to Pool Bar which serves cooked to order food (Burgers, Hotdogs, Toasted Sandwiches, Chicken Nuggets, Fries, 2 salads also available. Serves from 10:00 am & Closes 6.00 pm. Like the concept "cooking to order" with the buzzer when food is ready. Other hotels I have stayed in, tend to have things already cooked and kept warm. We were all inclusive and could use as part of the deal. Also included, is the buffet restaurant for Breakfast 8:00 am to 10:00 am - Lunch 1:00pm - 14:30pm & Dinner 18:00 pm to 21:00 pm. Good selection of food available, with grilled Fish & Meats cooked "live" at Lunch & the Evening. Have to mention the pork cheeks dish, was excellent & also the beef stew :). Plenty of salads & cold dishes available. They have a themed country corner each evening, which with a little more creative effort could be better IMO (extend the variety of dishes across the weeks). Breakfast has hot and cold options with fresh omelets and eggs cooked to order. Plus a pancake grill which seemed popular with the kids. Fruit/Cheese/Ham & other cold meats available with lots of fruit/cereals/etc. The pools and gardens are well kept and plenty of sunbeds available so no need for the 4:00 am reserving the sunbeds people :). Life Guards are on duty at both pools - one is 1.5 to 1.8 meters deep the other one is for the kids and didn't use so can't tell you the depth. The entertainment is standard fair with acts most evenings and the bar was not too busy in the evening and waiting time was OK, on the odd occasion at busy times you might have to wait a little. The kids club seem popular but did not use it. Shout out to the staff there as very friendly and helpful both the reception and the bar/restaurant. Appreciated that food was made available on our arrival even though the restaurant was closed. Thanks Imna (hope I spelled it right?) for all those nice gin and tonics & Vodka sprites, appreciated the service with a smile. The beach is about 10 to 15 mins walk through a pine forest - just follow the beaten paths and you will find in. Decent bar there with a pint of beer 4.90 Euros. The buses are just outside the hotel so we took a trip to Alcudia Port for the day around 6 euros per person. There is a Euroski supermarket 10 mins walk if you need any supplies and the port is about the same walk for night life. Overall, had a nice relaxing time and would return again. Cheers
