Honest review just got back early hours this morning spent 4 night and honestly yes the out side could do with a lick of paid in side wasn't all to bad the room very basic only 2 sofa bed which definitely needs to get better ones pool wasn't bad at all seen it getting most mornings if I was up this loo roll thing every one keeps complaining about there was 2 lads for 4 night had 2 rolls which we just to say 1 and a bit so people must be eating it to run out staff that we came across seemed friendly and helpful do not get me wrong there is some rules here that could lose your deposit but that down to you following them and not being stupid also note this is not somewhere I would take my kids or partner somewhere for couple lads on a stag do lads hol or lass on a hen or what not yer I recommend to keep the coast down when we actually learnt the area not to far from few different things beware big hill if your coming from the main *****

Stay away from this hotel don’t ever come here for real. They give every room towels every 4 days! They don’t give us toilet paper.the air conditioner isn’t working and the staff . doesn’t help at all The hotel is located in a very bad location with many ups from the center . The room is very small and doesn’t fit at all for 3 people

This hotel was overall a decent place to stay- it was cheap, the apartment had everything we needed, location of the hotel is very good and the pool facilities are amazing. However, during our stay we experienced multiple negative interactions with the staff here. The staff at this hotel are rude. Despite us always being polite whenever we spoke to them they behaved as though we were inconveniencing them. For example, everyday we needed to ask for toilet roll because there are no housekeepers at this hotel and so you have to ask for your own. On one occasion when we asked we were rudely told “it’s one a day, you need to pay if you want more” even though this was our first one anyway. On another occasion the woman at the desk pretended not to speak English so she didn’t have to give us one. Not too sure why they are so uptight about giving out a basic necessity such as toilet roll, we had 4 girls in our room of course we are going to need toilet roll everyday I honestly don’t understand why the staff found that so difficult to comprehend. Also, the key cards here are a nightmare. Almost everyday we had issues with key cards and the staff at the desks were so rude when we needed help fixing them. Once when one of the girls from our room was coming back from being out she tried the card on our door and it wasn’t working, she told reception that one of our cards stopped working and she asked for another and the woman straight up told her no in a very rude manner. It was 2am. She then had no way of getting in our room as the rest of us were asleep and so she had to stay in our friends room. Honestly the attitude and rudeness of the staff is disgusting, I’m not sure if it’s because we are a young group of girls or because we are English (we were the only English group here during our stay) but they behave as though we were just an inconvenience to them. Another time when we experienced hostile behaviour from the staff was security. On one occasion we were talking in reception, not loudly just simply having a conversation about what are plan was for the morning, and then security shushed us for simply just talking. Another time, we were in our room when we notice a flashlight flashing into our room and then we came onto the balcony to notice security telling us to be quiet when all we were doing was talking to each other, there was no music playing, we weren’t laughing loudly or anything just talking to each other with the balcony door open. The staff here seriously need to sort out the way they treat their guests, I would never speak to a customer the way we were spoken to at this hotel. Yeah it’s cheap and has a lovely pool but just be mindful the staff are not nice at all and are consistently rude to you.
