Single-family house "Villa Aurora", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Loborika 6 km from the centre of Pula, 6 km from the centre of Marčana, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), small garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) heated (2 x 2 m, depth 50 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop 1.8 km, sandy beach 17 km pebble beach 10 km, rocky beach 10 km. Tennis 15 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Amphitheater 8 km. Very nice apartment. You could tell that a lot of effort was put into making it as pleasant as possible for the visitors. We felt very comfortable there. If you don't have a problem driving a little bit, the apartment can be something for you. Beautiful d

Dear landlord. We provided a cot and high chair and installed a safety gate so our daughter couldn't climb the stairs. They also gave us some excursion tips. The jacuzzi is just awesome. bed are comfortable. Fenced area, children can play without going on

The three of us stayed in Istria for two weeks in August 2022. The house is lovingly furnished. The jacuzzi is great. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. We had a good time.

Small house with a pool But the pictures are not up to date Outside the seating area has been replaced by others The coffee machine is only a filter machine But the house is in a bad location without a car But OK so far
