On the outskirts, 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the lake, in the countryside. In the house: reception, lounge, lift, roof terrace, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road extra. Shop 1.1 km, grocery 1.1 km, restaurant, café 80 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Linie 3 + 4" 50 m, railway station "Locarno SBB-CFF" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 50 m, thermal baths "Termali & Salini" 80 m, public bathing area 50 m. The location is nice. Things like an oven, hair dryer, summer blanket, mosquito net, WLAN are missing. The paneling on one socket had broken off, this was patched with adhesive strips. The CD player didn't close anymore, this was also fixed with adhesive

The apartment with its seat is great and you feel very comfortable. The furnishings in the kitchen and seating area could be renewed a bit. But it's also going very well this way. Definitely been satisfied. Come again.

The rental box for WiFi was good, the hedge on the left on the terrace was gone, should be renewed, there should be a discount if one person occupies it, good transport links

The apartment is small but functional and well furnished. Top location right by the Lido am See, with a nice seat. very recommended for 1-2 people.
