"The decoration is beautiful, classic colors, navy blue and white. The staff, from the security guard to the receptionist, are polite and lovely. The shower cream smells great.
The towels are very soft. But should add a few pillows to the room. The pillows are too soft. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on.
Overall, it is considered very good. As for the price, for us, if it were reduced a little, it would be very good. Book through tips for 904 baht, reserve through the counter for 1000 baht. I don't know if you reserved through tips or not, so you get a room with a street view. Not a swimming pool view Can't choose ♥️"

MMichael SchiererFirst they give us a room where the door to the public terrace can't be closed. Than they want to fix it with screws - no opening of a door or window.
At least we got a room with fitted doors.
But no hot shower, only cold water.
Near to the night market is an advantage.
The pool is too small for so many rooms and was overcrowded.
Breakfast was ok but not special.

There's a massage parlor right in front of the hotel, and a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away.
Food stalls and restaurants are within walking distance.
However, the plumbing is poor.
I think it could be improved with a little work.
I'll definitely use it again when I come here.

GGuest UserI went to take the exam for further studies. The room was very nice. There was a swimming pool and a fitness center with a beautiful view. Then that day, my friend got hit by a car and the hotel took him to the hospital without charge. And that day there was no transport back to the hotel, so the hotel came to pick us up without any charge. And the hotel was very kind and even volunteered to take us to the exam at the university. Thank you to the senior officers. Thank you to the manager who took care of me like a businessman. Thank you for your kindness. Finally, what I want to say is that we passed the exam. Yay seniors, the manager is one of the people who make us... I have taken one step forward. Thank you. 🙇♂️🙏

BbbinthI asked the lady for a quiet room. It was quiet until 12am then I couldn't sleep until 4am because it's so close to a club. The music was so loud. I was going to stay 2 more days but left because of this.

GGuest User2nd time I have stayed, here a few years apart. Nice clean hotel but without any food or drink on site. The coffee shop had no milk.
That being said, I will certainly stay there again when next in Loei.
