We stayed in a suite room non ac. We usually don't expect much luxury while staying outstation but still as we book suite room this time, we expect at basic level like room should not be smelly and not dirty. But all we got is smelly room, seepage in walls and washroom door hard to close it. More over we felt it's overpriced for what we experienced there. Definitely not worth around 6k for one night.

It's a fantastic hotel. Rooms are specious and clean. Staff is friendly. Swimming pool is awesome. Location is near to most of the attractions in lonavala. Market is also nearby. Must stay here if you are visiting lonavala. Thanks

1. No of charging point i was told reception than give me extension bord. But we are use one time tv other tham charging. 2. Cupboard door was broken. We just request change the room. Reception person reply not available. We are not argument with hotel staff. We have no another options my bad luck. My request make my trip look and resolve this issues.

Room, bedsheet are dirty, wadrobe is broken. Approach road is muddy. Wheelbags can not be pulled in approach road. As we paid full amount beforehand, they have allotted worst room to us without caring for my being a sr. Citizen of 66 years. Worst experience.

Guest house was good, room was spacious, staff was cooperative, swimming pool good, overall we had a good stay for one day, best part we can order food from outside restaurant, cleanliness was good, location is awesome railway station and market is 5 min away. Will plan for the next trip again
