Sterling Lonavala

Good place and ambience. Tej Singh was very helpful and kind. Ample parking space, Suraj also was very kind. Security personnel were every ready to help. Good hygiene maintained. Well taken care of by the entire team. Keep up the good work. God bless.

We were a total of 8 adults in 4 rooms for 2 nights. We had a fantastic time thanks more so to the hospitality and courteous nature of staff of Sterling in Lonavala. Right from the time of reservation handled by Mr. Tej Singh directly, we knew we were going to the right place. I should say that the overall place needs some changeover as everything seems to be running down. However, the staff were instant in supporting us to make our stay comfortable. This includes fixing small things in the room and / or getting the air conditioners to attend to instantly. Mr. Singh and his team are very professional and his nature in particular tempts us to follow him to the place where he will get transferred soon in Dehradun. The food at dinner was very good quality. Your team of 4 staff were excellent in service though there were many guests during the second day at the breakfast. Special words to Prem, Amol , Rajat and Srijan for their speed, service and warm hospitality during our meals. The Pool and the garden were very clean though I should say that the activities room requires new equipment We will be looking forward to returning here when Sterling finishes their renovation.

Overall this is more like just a hotel . This is a budget friendly hotel. Rooms are quite old and not as shown in the picture. Also there is one small lawn ***** with a small swimming pool. Breakfast was also on an average. Overall average hotel with 3/5 stars.

Booked two rooms - one room TV did not work; one other room side bed broken. Despite complaints nothing was fixed. Food ordering took more 1 hr. Only good review - good location Also service is poor. Game zone machines are not well maintained And swimming pool size is a big joke!

Hotel was not worth stay, rooms were unclean, washrooms were not clean, food quality not good. , so requesting a partial refund.

Amazing stay with sterling Lonavala resort.................... We are staying for one night and full enjoy in resort................. Nice garden area and pool ........... Well maintained the resort............ Specially thanks Anil and Tej singh Very helpful and all staff....
