Whispering Woods Resort-Lonavala

Reception staff arrogant and biased when following rules.Cleanliness was a major issue.Lizard poo all over room, dead ants on bed.Life threat with electrical wires touching shower pannel.Old amenities in room such as furniture and bed.

Stay was very nice in premium cabin which has its own plunge pool, we liked the ambience and place surrounding resort , this resort will be very nice for group 10 ppl, where in u get a lawn of ur own to have a small celebration. Food doesn't give you a wow affect but you won't be left hungry, the resort gives you a complementary walk in the private property of sets in the city, it is nicely made for the current photo crazy youth, you can fill up ur Instagram page with this. Overall a good stay of one nite.

Although the place is nestled around nature, it’s just a few meters off the old Mumbai Pune highway. I would recommend booking the family tent which is a 2 bedroom space instead of the Royal tent. You get more space and 2 air-conditioners. The room was well equipped with an electric kettle, mini refrigerator, TV and a clean spacious toilet. We had a lovely stay and I would wish to highlight a couple of things. Good space for children, courteous staff especially I would like to mention Mr. Mondal, he was extremely well mannered and helpful. The food was good in terms of quality as well as quantity. I’d wish to suggest an area for improvement though, the swimming pool could have a bigger adult section with strict pool rules. This would ensure the pool remains clean and hygienic at all times. Overall a lovely experience and I would surely recommend friends and family to experience Whispering Woods, Lonavala.
