That was awkward experience while checking in and room service is little poor .. we asked for non smoking room however we got smoking room .. lots of houseflies in our room ..

Food was good, amenities were pathetic- the pool was dirty most of the time, the areas were kept dirty. The rooms were dirty as dirt or rubbish was just pushed under the bed instead of cleaning them, at night wrappers were coming out from under the bed. The room I was allotted the AC did not work they wasted time to fix it and when o asked for another room the reception tells me no other pool facing room was available however when the maintenance manager intervene they were able to arrange but wasted my 2 hrs in all this. Wifi never worked for the 2 days stayed and some other excuses were given every time, there was no hygiene maintained by the staff. Worst experience with hygiene and service.

Rooms are made well but staff is not trained to handle it. Only good for a day picnic, water slides are the only good factor. Room at check-in was not ready , bedding was stinking, had to ask for each and every thing to be put in the room. Even the mat outside washroom was not put in place. Restaurant room service was worst, had to call 4-5 times for each order, delivery taking almost taking 2 hours for simple tea and snacks also. Heard atleast 5-6 other people staying there complain about multiple issues. Location is good but that does not help if the service is pathetic. Would not recommend for a stay with Family.
