The room was quite big and really nice. My only complaint was that our drain was clogged and when we took a shower, it was literally up to to our shins, so that was kinda gross. The pool is cold and quite cloudy looking, and there was garbage on the ground in the pool room, however, if you're not looking for a hotel necessarily for the pool, then this is a pretty good hotel, I would just make sure your tub isn't clogged.
Few things are under renovation. Overall, we had a pleasant stay overnight.

Excellent staff - very friendly, kind & knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have time to check out the pool, but based on other guests I’d say it’s a great bonus to this location! We had free breakfast included, ordered the classic and it was a delicious and sizeable meal that kept us full most of the day! Will certainly be returning when we return to London in the future.

Stayed for 5 days, overall quite satisfied. The breakfast was relatively simple. There was only one person who provided all the services. He was very nice. On the last day, he even picked up the headphones we had lost before. Regular shopping, dining, and refueling are all very convenient near the hotel.
