Good location, close to the river path which is good location for morning exercise. Food is delicious, I love the rib eye so much. However, toilet is a little bit bad feeling for me, the water will pops up when I flushed the toilet. Highly suggest they can add toilet cover which is much hygienble
The hotel needs to be reached by light rail train in central London. The town is one of the world's film and television production centers. There is a BP gas station and M&S supermarket near the hotel, which is more convenient. Nice bar and restaurant in the hotel. The room is comfortable and cost-effective.

Good and nice hotel. Overall stay was quite confortable with air condition unit included. We had 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 kid with adjoining room next to one another. Shower water flow was strong with temperature controlled. Room was clean.
Only comment for improvement: Showering facility is equipped with half glass screening which will cause some unwanted water splash out to the toilet bowl area.
Thanks
Doubletree Hilton is always my go-to and having saved more money via trip and Hilton not price matching, i was worried I would not get my Hilton benefits. However, I was able to choose my room to check in as per, however Hilton seems to have a habit now of when you arrive finding out room has been changed and they apparently upgrading you but it's not actual upgrade! I was given choice of 2 rooms eventually and still pleased with it, Nice view, although a tad noisy on 5th floor facing the main road. Ample space, comfy bed, good size bathroom. Breakfast was actually one of the nicest I've had in a hotel in a long time. Front desk was very helpful and easy to deal with. Bar allowed me to get ice and water to take to my room. Location was spot on with access to tube and buses. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Jonas gave a fantastic welcome and the room was fantastic for the price and location. Breakfast had vast options, was not disappointed. Ferry shuttle was ideal too!
Nice hotel tucked away a stone's throw from Deptford Bridge DLR station. Nothing really in the area other than a Co-op shop and takeout coffee shop so you'll likely be using the DLR to go to Cutty Sark for drinks and food etc.
Didn't mention I had to pay a £50 deposit for any add-ons. Still waiting for this to be returned after checkout.
Friendly staff and free warm cookie on check-in.
Room was decent but as a solo room rather cramped and a strange design with the bed in the middle of the room with a cupboard behind with a bathroom behind. Light switch and plugs on the side of this cupboard. Also a bit of noise from above.
Very good free WiFi and nice TV in room. Tea and coffee provided on an awkward kettle tray thing you need to somehow carry from behind the bed to the desk. Safe provided also. Desk also not ideal as you can't put your feet underneath properly as there's a shelf below. Aircon/heating decent but heater causes condensation on mirrors in wall. Rooms tidied and bed made every day which is nice.
Didn't try the bar as no price list in the room and looked very posh/expensive.
Overall a decent stay. I think someone needs to test run a stay in the room I stayed in though (room 1) just to see how unintuitive/awkward the room is. Would maybe stay again if cheap but would look for better location next time.
Staff excellent at reception. Very professional and helpful. Just check your booking if booked through Trip regarding breakfast. It can be very embarrassing when told you have to pay for an extra brekkie when it's already on the booking. Quick chat with reception and all sorted a they explained third party websites don't always provide the amount of people booked. Small issue but all resolved.
Excellent stay and very quiet rooms at night. Great night's sleep!

GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options.
Would stay again and recommend to others.
Only down points were told they didn’t offer bottles of water (even though my Hilton honors stated I get water), and also issue with heating/aircon in room and it was very cold, but they did supply electric heaters.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean. Great location, easy access to the underground, and national railway. Busses were also quite easy to grab. Wicked theatre was just down the road and many places to eat were nearby too. The staff was very accommodating at the hotel and they accept various cards or cash. Breakfast was good too!
GGuest UserThe staff were warm and friendly. Never failed to greet and reach out to us. The head of concierge was warm and helpful, going the extra mile to solve our problems and even offered to help us mail the letters .
The entire team were friendly and kind to our kids, giving them cookies which really made them happy.
The location is superb, right by marble arch with lots of shopping, convenience stores , and even coffee right across the hotel.
GGuest UserPerfect place to hop into London on the tube, only 40 mins to Piccadilly Circus.
Welcome cookie on arrival, great breakfast and welcoming staff.
GGuest UserGreat stay, only stayed for 1 night between a Fri-Sat. The hotel room was a nice size, the bathroom and room were clean. Slight stains on the walls which is why I marked it down but overall it was a nice stay. Staff were really friendly and the lounge, breakfast room and rest of the hotel looked in good order. A really nice touch was the ice bucket with the ice machine on my floor.
Would definitely stay again, great location, easy access to the tube and lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby.
