I’ve stayed here a couple of times. I really like it, and it’s definitely the most convenient for Paddington/Heathrow. A great base to explore London from. Breakfast was very nice. But equally if you want to experience a proper British breakfast you can potter down the road to Raffles Cafe. It’s a London Hotel, expensive and old. But that’s the UK in general for you. I love staying here and enjoying a slice of London history (look up the building). I’ve stayed on both sides, station and road, and liked them both. It was clean, spacious (for London), and comfortable. The Paddington area has always been one of my favourite ‘real’ places in London, I love strolling around looking at the terraces and buildings. There’s a lot of life round here.

We came to watch the Challenge Cup final at Wembley, and the Hilton was perfectly sited for our visit. From start to finish we had an amazing stay, the staff, facilities and food were excellent. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

The room is spacious and clean. The only point I needed the reception is to get the staff to replenish the tissues in the tissues box. Maybe cleaning staff did not do a good job. Location is great as it is connected directly to the department and arrival terminals with 10 minutes of walking. Highly recommended for those travelling out of Gatwick Airport in the morning as we took two hours and fifteen minutes from Paddington London. Traffic jam was massive.

Overall good hotel. Very convenient as location - just accross Euston Station, close to St Pancrass and British Museum, easy to walk to downtown. Nice Victorian building (but some amenities look like being in place since that era, without update!). Confortable beds. Quick check-in during night time. Hotel keeps bags after checkout for free, allowing walk in the city without carrying them. Not checked breakfast as price requested was high. Negative points: staff shall improve their service; very hot room at arrival, high temperature set in the room 26C, with aircon not being able to lower it to offer pleasant sleep - we kept window open for some time and turned off aircon to be sure room does not become an oven; lack of ventilation in the bath, which stays warm and humid for long time... Only one towel in the bathroom at arrival, for 3 guests, and more than half hour waiting to get additional 2 (and this was a late checkin, kids waiting to shower before going to bed). The sofa not prepared for sleeping in spite of booking for 3 persons (double bed plus sofa), another wait of 30 min to have room prepared by the receptionist (it seams they have to technical staff overnight, or room service, if something happens and you need support - and this was not a private house taking guests but a hotel part of an important international chain!). Rooms not sufficient soundproof, at least you hear everything on the corridor and the noise of machinery outaide building. Feeling of rusty and worn out interior, at least room wals, doors need some fresh paint and update... to be in line with expectation from a hotel belonging to Hilton chain. Overal pleasant stay, still with the feeling of overprice for the service received.

The room assigned was facing the bridge and was on the 10th floor. I could not endure the noise. I finally requested a room change at midnight. I was moved to the 13th floor, facing the same direction, with the same noise issue. Then I was moved to the 11th floor, where the room was smaller than the original one I had booked. Finally, I was assigned to another room on the 8th floor. It was so frustrating! By the way, the porter Mr Stici is good and helpful in helping moving from one to another

Hilton Park Lane London: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Park Lane in London, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This luxurious hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made the check-in process a breeze. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly commendable. The rooms at the Hilton Park Lane were nothing short of magnificent. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night of my stay. The room also offered stunning views of Hyde Park, which was an added bonus. The hotel's dining options were superb. I had the pleasure of dining at one of the on-site restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious. The menu featured a wide range of culinary delights, and the service was impeccable. Whether you're in the mood for a casual meal or a fine dining experience, the Hilton Park Lane has something to suit every palate. The hotel's location is another major advantage. Situated right on Park Lane, it offers easy access to some of London's most iconic attractions. Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and Oxford Street are all within walking distance, making it an ideal choice for tourists. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near several public transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. The Hilton Park Lane also boasts excellent leisure facilities. The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines while traveling. Additionally, the hotel features a luxurious spa where guests can indulge in a range of treatments and therapies, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Overall, my experience at the Hilton Park Lane London was absolutely fantastic. Disappointed by the room availability as my room was given to someone else due to technical error however despite the issues the duty manager tried her best to accommodate providing us with complimentary stay (still waiting refund) and complimentary food. Hopefully next time the kids and i are able to stay in the junior suite 🙏🏼

TTeacher HarryThis place is in need of renovation. One out of three elevators was functional when I checked in. Another was repaired later, but they’re very slow. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The plumbing fixtures are all from last century. There was a persistent rumbling noise from the heating and ventilation equipment on the roof that some people might find annoying.  The staff were pleasant enough, but the facility needs work.

LLiamSimmonsStaff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.

GGuest UserNicely decorated, simple but modern and classy. Clean, accessible options available. 24/7 room service is a great service especially for late travellers but more options would be great. Shower & soaps were nice, bed was large and very comfortable. Could do with leaving a toothbrush kit as most hotels do being an airport hotel. Staff were friendly and accomodating, i am late stage pregnancy and staff accommodated me with offering a room close to reception. The price is very fair for the overall experience. Would recommend and would stay again.
