인생 최악의 숙박업소. 가격도 싸지 않고 거의 사기 수준. 방 사이즈는 감옥이랑 비슷하고 창문은 굉장히 좁음. 아침에는 비둘기가 창틀에 포진 되어있음. 침대는 더럽고 굉장히 좁음. 화장실도 굉장히 좁고 하수구 냄새가 진동함. 방안까지 화장실의 역겨운 냄새가 퍼져있으며 아무리 환기하여도 없어지지 않음. 인도인 식구에 의해 운영되는것 같은데 전혀 친절하지 않고 비웃는 느낌을 받음.
Worst accommodation of my life. The price is not cheap and almost a scam level. The room size is similar to a prison cell, and the windows are very narrow. In the morning, pigeons are on the window sill. Beds are dirty and very narrow. Basically everythong is dirty. The pods for hot water cannot be used because of hygenic problem. The bathroom is also very small and smells like sewage. The disgusting smell from the bathroom spread all over the room and it didn't go away no matter how much ventilation was done. It seems to be run by an Indian family, but they are not friendly at all. I had to fight myself from strangling them.

La experiencia con este hotel fue realmente decepcionante, es un precio realmente barato, pero para que sea así de barato, la experiencia deja realmente en evidencia el por qué… de 5 días alojados sólo limpiaron uno, la suciedad en las paredes, el baño es realmente pequeño, más que pequeño, el plato de ducha rajado, en las ventanas telas de araña, un cristal roto y tapado con tape, un desastre digno de un parque temático del terror. Lo único bueno es la calefacción y la ubicación, a 10’ a pie de Victoria Station que conecta con todo Londres.

Cuando reserve estuve a punto de no hacerlo por los comentarios negativos en la Internet, pero mi experiencia fue buena. Si buscas comodidad este no este tu hotel, pero si solo lo utilizas para dormir, como mi caso, es genial: económico, muy céntrico, sitio tranquilo para descansar, cama cómoda, baño propio con ducha en la habitación recién reformada, intimidad, libertad total, guarda equipaje gratis, recepción 24h, etc. Volvería a reservar sin duda, excelente relación calidad-precio.

Premetto una cosa: viaggio moltissimo, conosco benissimo Londra e i suoi standard; molte volte mi adatto in hotel più economici e spesso mi fanno ridere le recensioni di coloro che non mettono mai il naso fuori casa, che magari si aspettano un servizio da re in un due stelle. Ma questo posto è realmente INDECENTE. A niente servono la posizione centrale a Victoria, né il prezzo basso, a giustificare la struttura orribilmente fatiscente, la maleducazione e la svogliatezza dei receptionist, la puzza…. Ma soprattutto la sporcizia. Siamo al limite dell’illegale, anzi sicuramente si è già superato: bagni incrostati, ragnatele, moquette che non verranno cambiate come minimo dagli anni 70, senza contare i bagni, quelli meriterebbero un capitolo a parte. Non fate l’errore che ho fatto io, allettata dal prezzo basso, meglio spendere qualcosa in più che finire in questa bettola da incubo, Londra ha mooolto di meglio da offrire! STATENE ALLA LARGA PIÙ CHE POTETE!

Read a few reviews and feared the worst. However, we picked the keys up from reception from a pleasant receptionist and went up to our room. It was quite small, but had a double bed, toilet and shower so we were happy. Bed was comfy, TV had lots of channels, shower was great. Negatives were they could do with new windows as outside traffic was noisy, and also better window blinds. 10/10 for location . Victoria train/coach and railway station within 5 minutes, and Buckingham palace is within a 20 minute walk

Very close hotel to Victoria coach station. Stayed with my two daughters, friendly reception staff. Rooms had been refurbished but the plug sockets not fixed properly to the wall, shower not fixed up against wall properly, the beds very springy and uncomfortable, very small rooms ,wouldn't go back.
