Great location, few mins walk to East India station. Fabulous view from SuperRoom Family. Very clean. Excellent service especially from the staff Natalia, very helpful and friendly. The WiFi sucks but we paid extra in order to access the WiFi for work, so it’s fine. Will definitely stay here again!

Great value for London and all we needed when we visited O2 to see Andrea Bocelli. Comfortable and pretty clean. Quiet too considering how close to a main road we were. Air conditioning system didn’t work and had we been staying longer we would have asked to move rooms

Very clean and comfortable room was very quiet. Staff was lovely and very helpful especially a lovely lady called Mary who was serving breakfast she was checking everything was okay or if we needed anything,the breakfast was really good to. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Hotel is amazing the views incredible. However this hotel is severely let down by the restaurant complete disorganisation to even communicate that it was open. Then when asked excused the service because they have a big table in so we will have to sit in the bar area. Had already been waiting 35 minutes because the barrier was still over indicating that the restaurant was shut proceeded to order once we were told we could sit anywhere in the bar and eat. Ordered. Waited 45 minute further for the food to come out. There was no salt anywhere in the shakers. Even in the salt shakers it was pepper. Food was really disappointing standard and small but by this point I was really hungry so ate. Real shame. Yes a big table but there are other customers who would like to use and eat at the restaurant. Another gentleman asked for his money back as he had been waiting so long.

We stayed one night, the staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked for directions. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and the breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only downside was only 2 of the 4 lifts were working. There was only one member of staff that let the side down. I had a bad cold sore on my lip and despite me saying it was a cold sore she insunuated that my husband had hit me. My husband was very upset about this as he has and would never hit me.

10/10, great service, comfy beds, friendly staff. We ❤️ Michael at breakfast, very cheerful and helpful. We stayed here to go to the O2, a brilliant location, easy to get to the O2 and back, as well as into central London. We’ve had a lovely stay.
