TRAVELODGE LONDON CENTRAL BANK

I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered a couple of issues that impacted my experience. Firstly, my room key card didn’t work when I tried to re-enter the hotel after hours, leaving me waiting outside for about 20 minutes before I could finally get in. This was frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, when we checked the room, we found a flip-flop under the bed, which suggests that the housekeeping may not have thoroughly cleaned the space. This raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. While these issues didn’t completely ruin my stay, I do hope the hotel improves its key card system and cleaning standards to provide a better experience for future guests.

Hotel location is the key for my reservation. Hotel very well managed and the team also kind and friendly.the rooms are tiny compared with other hotels but very clean with everything you need for your trip. Courtyard with tables and chairs belonging to the next door bar .

We spent a weekend at Travelodge Central Bank . Team members were very helpful and professional. Check in was quick and easy. My room had everything we needed for our stay, room was clean and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. We love it 😻

I stayed at the Travelodge near Bank Station for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect location—just a short walk from the Tube, which made it really easy to get around the city. The room was small but very clean and well-designed. Everything I needed was there: a comfy bed, a good shower, and plenty of charging points. It’s a great option if you’re just looking for a simple, modern place to sleep after a day of sightseeing or work. The staff were helpful and check-in was quick. it’s definitely worth it. I’d stay here again!

I stayed and book and paid for a late check out, 2pm. Unfortunately due to traffic on the day i was 20 minutes late......at which time i was told all my belongings willbe collected up and ready for colllection at reception on my arrival!!!! I explained we needed to change, to which the Manageress said there is a toilet in the corridor, you can use that!!!!! Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour!!! Manageress was tutting and rolling her eyes, completely ignorant!!!!!

The room was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and surprisingly quiet given its central location. The lodge strikes a perfect balance between cozy comfort and modern convenience. We especially loved the little touches—fresh flowers in the lobby, plush linens, and complimentary tea that made us feel right at home. Best of all, everything was within walking distance—iconic sights, cafés, and transport links. It’s rare to find a place that feels both so peaceful and so perfectly placed in the middle of London. Highly recommend for couples, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a warm and restful stay in the city!
