It is a good place if you don't want to spend so much time inside a room, visit the city and just going back to sleep (nice bed / location)

Pleasant stay

This is the worst ever Hotel , never again. I went tired in the night to check in to find my room shockingly given to someone else without speaking to me and they just assumed I am not coming. Took us 3 hrs to get to the other hotel. Disturb my sleep and ability to concentrate on my conference next day in the morning. Very bad management a service. The Receptionist on other hotel said that’s happened regularly what a terrible hotel please see better options than that Regard

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und geräumig und hatte alles was uns zusteht. Die Lage war okey. Es gibts in der nähe ein Supermarkt. Service super freundlich und zufriedenstellend. Ausstattung sehr gut.

Michelle at reception was very helpful and my room clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located by Bethnal Green tube. Room a bit noisy from the tube on 6th floor but perfect for my needs. Easy to find. Breakfast available if you want it.

No air on in rooms so on warm nights windows need to be left open. Noise from road, trains and drunks outside can then become unbearable. Had issues with our room with things like shower gel dispensers not working and electric socket not working, these were not fixed during our stay. Travelodge ask you to leave a door hanger out if you want extra tea/coffee supplies, we did this but no extra supplies were provided. Basically the housekeeping staff and the lack of air on reall let this hotel down.

Perfect location for a stay in Central London, 2 minutes walk from Bethnal Green tube station. We were in room 416 at the front of the Hotel but heard no noise from the road and had a great 3 nights sleep. Michelle and Deanne couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, great banter and great staff, thanks for making our stay that little better.

Excellent 2 night stay at this Travelodge in Bethnal Green. Beds were extremely comfortable and shower had plenty hot water together with hand wash and shower gel provided. Karen on reception was superb with expert local knowledge,directions to local amenities and she is a credit to the organisation. Thank you Karen for all your help during our stay.

Really clean and tidy hotel, one minute from the Central Line tube station. Excellent, courteous staff, all good, have stayed here before and would stay again without hesitation.

Bethnal Green Travel Lodge 31 May-1 June Could not praise staff highly enough. Deane in particular went above and beyond with cheerful professionalism to resolve a booking issue (our error) Made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend
