At Z Hotels, the helath and safety of our guests is at the core of everything we do and we take this matters seriously. I would like to stress as previously informed on private communication emails, that the room was professionally inspected and no traces of bugs were found. I appreciate and undersatand the need of pubslishing the picture you have shared on this review, nevertheless, we could not determine the source of this bug as the room is pest-free. I understand that hotel accommodations may be affected by this sort of bugs. These are commonly and easily transported in suitcases and we do not have any control over it. In order to avoid any potential infestations, Z Hotels has strict procedures in place in line with the health and safety guidelines required. Once again, the room has been in service since your departure without any issues reported by our guests, furthermore, the room has been daily inspected with no traces of bugs or any infestation.
