Very friendly staff, beautiful building, clean room with beautiful big bay window. Lovely ensuite bathroom with great shower! Temperature control and power was impressive for such a budget room. There was nothing budget about it. Bed was very comfortable and even though it was situated on the main road, the traffic never kept me awake at night. Would stay again.

Overnight stay for a visit to Hammersmith located 10 min from two tube stations pleasant checkin with no issues room was a good size with everything you need very clean and tidy no complaints whatsoever. Hotel was nice and quiet and the beds were very comfortable just what I needed

I booked this hotel in advance, but when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. After a long wait, a staff member finally appeared but took an unreasonable amount of time to address my issue. Frustrated, I had to book another nearby hotel, which also wasn't helpful. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting for a refund. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning.

I don't recognise the hotel people are reviewing here, the staff on reception were nothing but helpful and the room, despite being small was quiet and clean, for the price being charged, the value is excpetional! I have stayed in simillar priced hotels recently and the Peal was FAR better, the walls were actually walls so the room was quiet, I think people are maybe expecting too much for what is a budget hotel. It's well located, quiet, clean and cheap! What more do you want? Point remved for no breakfast despite the hotel still advertising rooms as including breakfast, this is not the case

Not the best experience. Had booked Saphhire Hotel only to be told we were in Pearl Hotel on arrival. Room was very hot, and despite requesting a quiet room was allocated a basement room facing the road. Additionally, electrically this property did not appear safe with live conductors from a burnt out plug left in the socket. I’ve attached a photo.

Hotel modesto, bem localizado, perto de 3 estações de metrô, porém... quando se chega no local, há uma placa dizendo que os hóspedes devem se dirigir para outro edifício a alguns metros dali. Não há elevadores e é preciso subir até 5 lances de escadas. Não fornecem café da manhã, mas disponibilizam uma chaleira, café solúvel e chá no quarto.

4 hotels next store to each other, sharing a reception, book Sapphire and get put into the Pearl. No breakfast since pandemic. Really noisy got little sleep. OK for the price but would avoid. Has a fridge, hair dryer and tea making facilities but no iron. Some mold in the shower and luke warm. Bed comfy and clean. Furniture damaged, TV very small.

Horrible owners partners and office staffs they don t seem to care at all i had an issue with the toilet the first night i arrived i complained the next day i checked nothing is been done in fact they lied i was so annoyed wirh them they just didn t careif ihve 2 rate them i l give 0_/10
