PubLove @ the Crown, Battersea

Unsafe and Unhelpful – A Disappointing Experience I had a very unsettling experience at PubLove @ The Crown in Battersea, and I feel compelled to share it to warn future guests. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of my room was subpar, with dirty sheets. I reported this to the receptionist, but he was unapproachable and unhelpful, and I had to wait for him to return to address the issue. This was already frustrating, but the situation worsened later that night. I experienced harassment from another guest who made aggressive, invasive comments, including assumptions about my religion, and acted erratically, likely under the influence of *****. The individual lingered nearby, making me feel very unsafe. I’m still unsure if this person was a guest or staff, which only added to my discomfort. Despite bringing my concerns to the attention of the hostel, the staff did not offer any immediate assistance or reassurance. I left the hostel feeling both emotionally distressed and unsafe. The lack of adequate support from the staff made an already troubling situation even worse. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking here, especially if safety and a clean, comfortable environment are a priority

整體還是不錯的，交通方便，門口就是巴士站，附近還有直達Gatwick機場的快車。但是床有點高，尤其是第三層，爬上去感覺腳底踩著爬架，真的太痛了。備注了想要下層的床，但是可能年老的人優先吧，很多老太太在裡面，所以我沒分到。住的人不太友善，早上九點十點不讓我我開燈，房間很暗，床太高了遮住了窗戶採光，黑燈瞎火的我什麼都看不見。
