The room was small and cozy, but there was no shower mat so we had to use the only hand towel we were provided. The breakfast service showed as $4.50 per person on the app, but it was £9 per person at the location.

Good location and budget friendly.

The location is very good, close to tube station and many supermarkets nearby. However, the room is not cleaned well, hair was found in the bathroom, and some dirt was on the toilet. There is no hair dryer in the room, we had to ask for one in the reception.

位置有點偏，環境符合酒店定位

Hotel inserito in un quartiere arabo, abbastanza rumoroso. Lo staff ottimo, sempre col sorriso, la camera, invece, non era delle migliori, avendo soggiornato in altri ibis.

房間很乾凈 每天會打掃 房間沒有熱水壺 但是可以在1層餐廳接熱水 可以和前台借吹風機 24小時前台 交通方便 寄存行李會收費

Stayed 2 nights at the Ibis budget - Whitechapel. Ideal location to explore both the east and west end of London. Walking distance of Whitechapel and Aldgate East to get out. No issues with the hotel - good amenities and friendly staff. I’d stay again for sure
