Positives = Location was ideal and easy reach to Earl`s Court underground station. Big Supermarket nearby and also a variety of local shops. The apartment was lovely, the facilities was very good. The areas was quiet. Negatives = Found hairs in the bedding, luckily I had a back up disposable bedding in my case. Important security awareness - On cleaning day, I was out, on my return to the apartment, my clothes in the wardrobe especially with my suits, the pockets had been checked and rummaged through. My suitcase had been tampered with, even though seen closed and locked upon, once combination was undone one of the catches fell onto the floor, I could see that the zip element had been prised opened therefore they had gained access inside my suitcase and it was rummaged through. I had a box of chocolates as a gift in my case and the box was damaged and ripped and upon further investigation chocolates were taken and the box was turned in a way to look as though it hadn't been touched. Not a good feeling when you put your trust in the people and accommodation when booking the apartment.
