No air conditioning; difficult to make room change with air conditioning after spent lot of time; breakfast area ok; location convenient

I've stayed here half a dozen times before and it has always been excellent but unfortunately this time the self check in wasn't working, the mattress felt thin and over used and then woke up very very hot as the air conditioning wasn't working. An uncomfortable and very broken night's sleep sadly.

Si sufres de claustrofobia busca otro hotel. La ventana estaba bloqueada y tapada. La bacha del baño trabada. La manager no resolvió nada. Muy poco empática, repitiendo como un robot que no gabia cuartos disponibles. Me quedo tres noches mas pero Me cambio de hotel

Really good stay. Staff helpful. Location is amazing so central. It was 34 degrees in London and hotel and room perfectly air conditioned. Room was spotless, comfortable, quiet, great sleep. A perfect place to stay right bang in soho off a quiet street.

The room and the dining room where breakfast was served were very comfortable. It was a pity that there were no windows, but considering the location in the center of London and the price, I think it was unavoidable. Above all, I am very grateful to the staff for making my stay so pleasant with their friendliness and kindness.

Fantastic stay here whilst visiting the City. Staff very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Bedrooms comfortable, clean and well serviced for our needs. Excellent lounge with bar. Coffee, tea and chilled water available 24/7 to help oneself to. We didn't have breakfast or evening food but the staff on hand were top class. All in all we found the staff happy to go the extra mile to make our stay the best experience possible. 10/10

We stayed here overnight after seeing Julian Clary at the Palladium as it was only 5 to 10 minutes walk away. We had a few drinks back in the basement bar after the show. The hotel and room was very modern and comfortable. The bed was great and we had a good nights sleep with no noise issues. Breakfast was a buffet - very tasty and fresh with lovely coffee.

Pros; Great location - easy to find and 10 min walk to Piccadilly. Lots of good food places and shops nearby. Very quiet inside and easy to check in etc, Cons: there was no toilet roll or towels in my room when I arrived, but reception sorted this when I reported it. The hairdryer didn’t work and there wasn’t anyone on reception in the morning to replace it, so I had to leave with wet hair. My “deluxe bed” I paid extra for was two singles pushed together. You get what you pay for with a premier inn, but I have stayed in better ones. Did the job for one night.
