What isn’t there to like. Premier Inn 5 mins walk from Kings Cross/St'Pancras, 10/15mins from Euston. Comfortable, clean rooms with showers, reasonably priced. We were the on ground floor room 10. Very quiet, didn’t hear a thing. The view wasn’t much, but you know what Basil Fawlty would say. There's a bar/restaurant and coffee shop onsite. We had a lovely breakfast there. All the staff were great, offered left luggage facilities for a small donation to charity. Would I go back, yes without hesitation.

The room was dirty and the bathroom was full of mould and mildew The smell was over powering and had to use a mask to use the facilities Have approached the staff and they suggested contacting customer relations. Have emailed them several times sent photos of the bathroom and have been told that we did not have a claim by Malik He also tried to fob us off asking for the information several times which he already had We use premier inns regularly when in the UK and on our trip this year frequented at least 5 different locations.

Room was a twin and not the double we booked. The room size bore no resemblence to the pictures when booking. The room was very stuffy, no opening window, and had noisy air con. Check in was confused, used self service, which then requires you to go to the back of the ever lengthening check in queue to get your key to the wrong room! Staff were overwhelmed, and corridors were a safety risk with overloaded laundry carts - any evacuation of the hotel would have resulted in panic. Kettle in room leaked badly and was lucky not to get electrocuted. Final morning had staff member knocking on door to check if we had left despite being over an hour before check out. Only enthusiasm from staff member was trying to counter my complaint of experience, but they quickly fell silent when I mentioned queues at check in. Had to ask for access to complaints procedure. On line complaint procedure only gave option to select a German hotel, and finished off with a 35 day target for investigation- really backing up their guarantee of a good nights sleep! Restaurant was dirty and literally held together with tape. I recognise how difficult hospitality is, but Premier Inn have lost the plot.

We’ve stayed here many times as it’s well-located for Kings Cross. This will be the last time though, as it’s gradually gotten worse over visits in the last couple of years. The carpet was full of bleach stains, which I could have coped with, but the air conditioning and coffee machine didn’t work. It is not worth the £250ish a night that they charge, especially when they don’t clean your room/change towels unless you put in a request with Reception before 12pm. They know most people will forget or not read the small print that asks you to do this, so they get away with not cleaning lots of rooms.

Excellent hôtel à côté des gares de St Pancras et King’s Cross. Parfaite localisation. Restaurant, bar et café sur place et un magnifique hall pour de relaxer ou travailler. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le lit est super. La salle de bain est bien mais pas très fonctionnelle. Les + : une planche et un fer à repasser dans la chambre, plateau de courtoisie, un lit confortable Les - : manque de penderie lorsqu’on est deux, pas de gobelets dans la salle de bain, pas de balai à toilette Bravo à l’équipe, très sympathique et efficace. Nous reviendrons.
