room is clean and big got everything you need. reception is very nice and helping.

Very good location!!!! Just near the Victoria station. The room is quite big and nice.

The staff. The lady on reception juggling bar and reception was amazing and helpful. The food especially breakfast was great. We loved our stay with the family. The location was perfect for our staycation, and we will recomend to our friends and family looking for a place in London to stay.

This is probably the most expensive Premier Inn and by far the worst we have ever stopped at. I have used Premier Inns for business throughout the UK so I have lots of prior positive experiences. Firstly upon arrival the member of reception staff was clearly not interested and it was hard work to obtain any information. The staff in the evening are reduced to the bone doing numerous roles and therefore waiting ages at reception. The one room we had was tiny and the cleanliness not great mould. The second room was better in size but again the bathroom cleanliness was poor and the chairs were very uncomfortable. There was a pool of water leaking from toilet in one of the rooms and an offensive smell in between floors 2 & 3. When we checked out there was no pleasantries, clearly the staff lack any interest about the customer experience. I would not book here again. The attitude was take it or leave it I expect due to its location.

Estuvimos alojados en este fabuloso hotel. Esta muy bien comunicado, a 200 metros de la estación de tren/metro victoria. Así que la ubicación, si vas con niños es perfecta! Esta cerca de un supermercado, cafés y restaurantes. El hotel es grande y sobretodo muy limpio. Ofrece desayuno y cena. Si vas con niños puedes aprovechar la oferta “ meal deal” donde los peques desayunan gratis. El desayuno es buffet y la cena eliges del menú que ofrecen. El meal deals consiste en desayuno en nuestro caso para 3 ( continental y típico, los scramble eggs están buenísimos ☺️) y la cena que consiste en 2 platos ( entrante y principal, o principal y postre con sus bebidas incluidas) si quieres algo mas, podrás hacer un upgrade y pagas un suplemento. Cogimos una habitación familiar. Era grande y muy limpia ( internet esta incluida). Elegí esta cadena porque es típica de Londres y me gustó mucho por fotos. Dispón de baño con bañera, secador, tetera, tv, café, y té, donde podrás hacerte el típico te con leche y están ricos! Para nosotros estuvo perfecta. Ahora por ultimo, pero muy importante. La atención/ disponibilidad/ amabilidad del personal, es un 10! Nos hicieron sentir en casa. Viajas con un peque, idioma distinto etc.. y han sido todos muy amables! El check in se hace a las 15hs pm. Nosotros llegamos antes, y nos han dejado hacer antes. Se agradece mucho cuando haces un viaje tan largo ( bus- avión-tren-hotel mas de 8hs..) Stayed here to take part in the London Marathon waking distance form buss station was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at lovely grade 2 list building amazing staff and service can’t recommend enough,this place gave 4 star hotels a run for there money
