Premier Inn Derry / Londonderry hotel

Hotel was located at a very convenient place. Ample parking lots. Room was clean but the bed was too soft for my back.

The room was spot on and very tidy with good helpful staff in my life. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spot on and clean especially the bathroom was looking stylish and great. The parking was great to park to stayover. The petrol station isn’t far to get food their with drinks

Great value for money overall, The FREE Wi-fi is absolutely useless, obviously on purpose as they offer a premium Wi-Fi service that you can pay for Windows dont open in the room and was 23 degrees, only option is air-con which isnt great for the sinuses as air con needed to be on all day

Excellent stay really looked after my mum. Sam on reception was a gem with his advice and recommendations of where to go and what to see. He also helped us out where to eat and great places to stay on our visit many thanks again!! Best premier inn we have visited.

The usual things you would expect from a Premier Inn, however unless you are arriving by car this is a tough location. A long way out of town, uphill, with limited public transport. Shouldn't be called Derry in my opinion. Also at the time of visit the restaurant was closed and i was not advised of this until after I booked. Also works in the hotel were noisy salt times. Had I known all the above I would have booked elsewhere.

Best sleep ever. Room lovely and airy and the "disco" lights in the bathroom!! Front of house staff wonderful and couldnt do enough for us. Only downside, restaurant hardly open and only got cooked breakfast 3 days out of 7. Evening time, bar not open every night and when it was tended to shut as early as 8pm. Understand that Whitbread are trying to sell the restaurant business but at least tell your guests BEFORE they book so that they can decide to stay elsewhere particularly as there's little else in the vicinity. Personally I would think twice before booking again as I understand from family that it's the same situation in other sites.
