I stayed at Allergria for my friend's wedding. I was not aware of the "amenities" fee prior to booking - I assume that this is to use the pool, which I did not get to use while I was there anyways. The first night of my stay, one of their two elevators broke down. This made traveling up/down from my room take 10+ minutes and then having to fight to keep the door open to get inside the elevator after everyone got off. On the last night of my stay I was woken up at 5am by a loud water running noise coming from my bathroom. There was water pouring from the ceiling directly above the toilet. I called the front desk and they said they could have someone could look at it at 7am. I requested to change rooms. They gave me a restaurant voucher in exchange for my troubles. When I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast it took over 30 minutes to have my order taken and another 30 minutes to get my food when they were only 3 other tables occupied. I ended up puking my food a few hours later so I can only imagine the food was bad from sitting there for so long. Overall, this hotel is basically a Holiday Inn on the beach because the beach is the only good thing I encountered during my stay. The price per night is wildly overprice for such a mediocre stay.

They charge for everything that should come with a luxury hotel. Rooms are very average. Bathroom had issues, water running all night. Cheap materials throughout the room.

The hotel is well located, with an easy acesa To the beach… The crew is nice, but the building and rooms DO NEED maintenance and finishing. AC liking, walls and ceilings stained… We all know the sea wind demands constant maintenance, but I didn’t see it at the hotel…
