Best Western Plus Lonoke Hotel

It was an ok hotel. A bit on the older side.

This was a excellent hotel that we found after driving all day. Would definitely stay here again!

They require a $150 deposit on top of you paying for the room and you won't be getting that money back in a timely manner. And if you book through a 3rd party you won't know about that charge until you arrive, past the cancelation period.

This is the best place to stay in San Antonio! If you have a loved one at Lackland AFB, this is the place to be! Thank you to everyone at the Best Western Plus Lackland!

Room was clean, beds were soft and comfortable, hot breakfast in the morning was great. Derek at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly. Parking was great was able to park a 26 ft U-Haul truck and a truck pulling a trailer

There were 2 handicap parking spaces. In order to park in them you had to ride a motorcycle or drive a “Smart Car”. The door to the room was coming off its hinge.

Very accessible location and they have a clean premises. The breakfast had good variety and very cordial staff. Highly recommend this place

Check in staff was nice, location is easy on/off access. Rooms are noisy I could hear the people’s conversation next to me and they weren’t being loud just talking

A little worn out in the common areas, pool was good, breakfast basic. Just an average basic, old hotel.
