La Mision Loreto

I have a business in Baja and visit Loreto often with guests and family. This is my favorite hotel in all of Baja. I think it is better than even the super high priced resorts in Cabo. The architecture is great, pool is perfect, and the Staff shines the brightest of all. The restaurant is amazing, rooms are comfy and clean. All around top marks! Getting a pizza at the pool bar is my favorite!

Absolute epic way to end our week trip to Loreto. The elegant, clean, and welcoming environment of the staff was by far more than I expected. Our room had the most incredible sunrise where we could step out on the balcony and truly be sun kissed. The food was outstanding both for dinner and breakfast. Great anniversary getaway.

We looked at several hotels and Airbnbs before landing on this hotel and we are so glad did! We had an ocean view room (highly recommend!) and watched the sunrise every morning. The pool is beautiful. Location was central to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. The food in their restaurants were so delicious. More importantly, the service is top notch. Augustin, our concierge, along with everyone at the front desk, in Los Olivos restaurant (delicious breakfasts), Mezquite by the pool (great pizza and mango daiquiri), and the Starbucks in the lobby, were so friendly and helpful. We would stay again in our next visit!

We spent six nights at the La Mision in Loreto and had a great experience from start to finish. We were upgraded to an ocean view room upon arrival which was a nice start to our trip. The room was very clean with a nice balcony area overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed lounging by the pool on a daily basis which really made for relaxing afternoons. The hotel is located close to the downtown area making it an easy walk to check out the shops and restaurants in town. What was particularly great about La Mision was the entire working staff – everyone could not have been more friendly and accommodating and helped us with any questions that came up during our stay. We booked an excursion out to Coronado Island through the hotel which was a great trip in itself and was quickly assisted by the concierge staff. We heartily recommend the Los Olivos Restaurant within the hotel for great meals as well. A great time staying at La Mision and we would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I traveled to Loreto for a week of fun and sun and stayed at Hotel La Mision. This is our third trip there and every time Loreto gets better. The hotel NEVER disappoints. The staff are wonderful and have become like family. They are kind and caring and demonstrate the best in hospitality. The rooms and views are beautiful, the pool area is a perfect size, and the food and drinks are first rate. Loreto is an authentic Mexican town; it is so clean and safe. We cannot wait to return!
