We had an amazing experience at Nobu Los Cabos, and it was truly made unforgettable by Francisco’s exceptional service. From the moment we sat down, he went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Francisco was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had great recommendations. His warmth and professionalism truly elevated our evening and pool side experience at Pacific. It’s rare to come across someone who is so genuinely passionate about providing a memorable dining experience. Thank you, Francisco, for making our dinner one we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!

Our experience at the Nobu Los Cabos Residences was exceptional, highlighted by the remarkable personal service. While the property itself is stunning, it's the staff who truly elevate the experience to another level. Our concierge Stephano was particularly outstanding. His responsiveness was incredible – when we encountered any issues with room amenities, he would coordinate multiple departments to resolve them within the hour. His efficiency and problem-solving skills were remarkable. Beyond the property, Stephano proved to be an invaluable resource for exploring Los Cabos, offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and activities that perfectly matched our interests. The entire staff's attention to detail and genuine warmth made our stay truly special. From the seamless check-in to the daily interactions, every moment reflected the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The Nobu Los Cabos Residences exceeded our expectations in every way, largely thanks to Stephano and his team's dedication to creating an exceptional guest experience. We're already planning our return visit.

Nobu hotel is a fantastic place. We were there for 5 days and never left the hotel . The service and design were amazing. Our concierge Stephano was excellent and was always available and helped with many requests! Highly recommended and will certainly be back.

Nicole Heidemann looked after us. She is both a lovely person and does business fairly. You should ask to speak with her to explore the Residences Prive option. It is a worthwhile experience to review how you will spend your vacation time. There is tremendous value in spending some time with her.

My family and I travelled for a wedding and stayed at the Nobu Hotel in Cabo. The hotel was fabulous but the best part of the trip was meeting Nicole. She is not only a great salesperson but a great human being. I would do business with her anytime. Because of her humanness, my family is now a proud residence of the Nobu Family thanks to Nicole

Nicole was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend. She is absolutely wonderful and the tour of the facility was so beautiful. Nicole was a great listener and made sure to accommodate our needs. She made us feel welcomed and was incredibly polite. We already can’t wait to come back!
