The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

We just returned from a week-long stay, and our experience was truly elevated thanks to our incredible butler, Guillermo “Memo” Justo. From the very first day, Memo made us feel like VIPs. He helped us plan our entire week with thoughtful recommendations and great advice on restaurant reservations, spa services, and activities around the resort. His suggestions were always spot on — we didn’t have a single bad meal or wasted moment the entire trip. Memo also went above and beyond in two stressful moments. When my wife suddenly felt unwell, Memo had a doctor at our room within minutes. He handled it calmly, professionally, and with real care. Later in the trip, our return flight was delayed, and Memo quickly arranged for us to stay an extra night — taking care of the room, our luggage, and all the details, so we didn’t have to lift a finger. Throughout the trip, Memo was always checking in at just the right time, never intrusive but always available. Every request was handled quickly, and with a smile. Memo was a huge part of why this trip was so special. We’ve stayed at many resorts, and this level of service stood out in the best way. If you have the chance to request him, do it. We’ll absolutely be back — and we’ll definitely be asking for Memo again.

Beautiful home and great amenities at the resort. We were there for a family wedding and 10 of us stayed in an 4 bedroom house in the Residences. Our butler Danny was helpful and very pleasant to work with. Overall, the service at HE was somewhat disappointing. They are clearly understaffed and it makes it hard on the staff that are there trying to keep up. It made a big difference for our experience especially because we brought toddlers and babies. On a leisurely couples trip it may not have made a big difference. Just something the resort should address.

We had an amazing couples trip and stayed in the residences. The staff was so nice and friendly and took great care of us. Our butler, Guillermo was truly amazing! Anything we needed was a text away! Housekeeping and exterior service was completely over the top!
