Hacienda Encantada resort. I went to gym and met Caesar. What a great ambassador for the resort! So friendly and very professional. Always greater guests with a smile and was willing to help if you had any answers. I appreciate his professionalism and great attitude. I will be definitely be coming back!

Rosa and Oly provided the most relaxing Swedish couples massage. Pool and facility was clean and very well managed. You are allotted one hour before or after your massage to use the facilities that include, one wet sauna, one dry sauna, women’s jacuzzi, one women’s shower, personal lockers (you set your own code), a single service bathroom, and a shared warm space pool. The men’s locker room has the same, but the men’s had another shower in the locker room.

This is our 3rd summer in a row with a 2-bedroom unit at Vista. Great space for my wife and 2 teenagers. There is plenty of room and I like the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds in it. Also appreciate the extra half bath in the living room. My biggest complaint is the beds are pretty hard, and the sheet and pillow quality are pretty low for a hotel at this level of service. I did notice they had newer nets at the 4 pickleball courts. That was appreciated. The shuttle to town is also a great benefit. You can't beat the views from the pools either. Best part of this hotel is the staff. A special shout out to Ivan the bartender at the adult pool and Omar the waiter there. They took great care of us during out visits.

Moises was a wonderful host. He gave a brief history of how tequila is made, also showed best ways of tasting tequila. After this tasting I love tequila even more. I will be using his taste method from now on. 10/10 recommend

I was immediately drawn to this place when I logged into their homepage, we visited, about seven years ago and stated closer to the marina but this time we wanted something special further away somewhere remote. As we approach the entrance of Hacienda and Cantata, we knew that we had Stepped into a magical place. What we didn’t know is the scope or how large the property actually was it spavined so much that we took golf carts everywhere we went. The hotel rooms were clean, beautiful and I would even suggest a garden view and open up right along to the pool side and was still nice and quiet while still maintaining your privacy, so you had chairs where you could sit outside as The sun was either setting or rising. There was a beautiful breeze. Incredible views restaurants were amazing. The food was amazing each and every restaurant had its own special way. The views were incredible. The service was excellent.
