Spring Arona Gran Hotel - Adults Only

Upon entrance we we amazed at the view and the touches to the hotel all staff who checked us in to the restaurant staff and entertainment staff have been fabulous. Can’t fault the food and the variety is fabulous for us picky eaters. Great range of entertainment and daytime activities to get involved in. Love the idea of the app which gives us all we need. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. A great choice and an enjoyable holiday

wonderful hotel, excellent service, beautiful views, there is a pool table in the lobby, three pools, water sports every morning, and in the evening wonderful live music by the pool❤️❤️❤️ we are satisfied

L'entrée de l'hôtel est vraiment belle et le buffet et très bon et variés. Il est énorme ! Les animateurs sont également très sympathiques ☀️👒

Zeer groot hotel. Toch geen drukte. Wel handdoekleggers ‘‘s morgens waar niets tegen gedaan wordt. Buffet is enorm uitgebreid en heel lekker. Kamers zijn groot genoeg, wel wat saai ingericht. Zeer grote fitness met moderne toestellen en goede begeleiding. Elke avond muziek, maar om 23 uur is het stil. De directe omgeving is wat afgeleefd. Op wandelafstand van het centrum.

We stayed at the Aron Gran hotel in July for nine nights. Two adults in one room, three seventeen year old girls in the other room. Positives - asked the hotel before we arrived could we have hotel rooms next to each other which they kindly did. - check in efficient, and nice complimentary glass of fizz for adults and orange juice for teenagers. - Pool. area very clean and daytime activities good.Sun lounges have padding which make them extremely comfortable. - room cleaned daily and bed made/changed if requested. - breakfast good quality and lots to choose from. - views from hotel spectacular. Negatives - food in the canteen for evening meal hit and miss. Always a joint of meet with yesterday’s canarian potatoes. Food not well planned need to do sections with themed nights ie burgers no bun. curry no rice could write lots more of recommendations. Not even a tapas night in Spain.🇪🇸 - third bed in teenagers room was a fold up bed which was very uncomfortable. Asked reception for a different bed and they put a mattress topper on top. This bed was left unfolded all holiday and left no floor space for the three teenage girls to get ready. Not ideal would not recommend this hotel for three persons staying in one room. Also hotel rooms tired flooring chipped and cabinet door hanging off. - last day the maid knocked on the hotel door around ten am to clean the hotel rooms. We explained that we were checking out so not necessary. Once suitcases packed the five of us went to the reception to put the suitcases in the luggage room only. No more than five minutes. Upon returning to the hotel room to collect the hand luggage and swimwear as the flight home was in the evening the maid was in the room. I left my handbag on the table at the side of the hotel bed. The maid had emptied my belongings inside my handbag all over the bed and she had placed my designer sunglasses onto another table. My daughter’s bag had also been emptied onto the bed. On entering the room the maid started to make the bed and apologise. Luckily we had emptied the safe but my husband had all the valuables in his rucksack. I did complain to hotel reception, managers and Jet2 rep. However after reading previous review the safes should be free of charge. I did ask to meet with the maid to see why she went through my handbag however the hotel manager declined explaining it was not hotel policy. Not sure why the maid was in the room as we still had the hotel card keys and we had not checked out? Daughter noticed cleaning cart was at the end of the corridor no where near our hotel rooms. - younger pool attendant very rude when changing allocated pool towel.

A great hotel in a quiet and peaceful location within a short walk of the resort center. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is great with a variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Entertainment during the day and evening was excellent. The pools and pool area are clean and spacious with numerous available sunbeds and umbrellas regardless of the time of day. A great stay as a family of four with a 16 and 17 year old.
