Stroll or bike to 18 mouth watering restaurants, 14 unique boutiques, and YMCA with pool. Enjoy lakeside fishing, Sunday farmers markets, summer concerts, parks and Friday food truck festivities. Your ideal Louisville adventure awaits at Peppermint Cottage! The space Discover the perfect retreat at our charming two-story house in Norton Commons! With three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this cozy haven accommodates six adults/children. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, memory foam mattress, Smart TV, and en-suite bath. Two additional bedrooms feature a queen and two twin beds, both with Smart TVs. Enjoy full access to the house, excluding the unfinished basement. Need baby essentials? Request our portable crib, booster, and baby gates. Get ready to relax and make memories! Note: Live plants and champagne in photos are for staging only. Upcoming 2025 events in Norton Commons : Sunday Farmers’ Market - starting April 27th, 2025 Food Truck Fridays - starting May 9th, 2025 Art Festival - May 17th and 18th, 2025 Music by the water - June 21st, July 26th, and August 23rd, 2025 American Whiskey Festival - August 16th, 2025 Oktoberfest - September 5th, 2025 Sunset Jazz Concert - September 21st, 2025 Fall Festival - October 25th, 2025 Small Business Saturday - November 29th, 2025 Holiday Open House - December 6th, 2025 Guest access Access to the house is granted with an access code using August smart lock. Two dedicated parking spaces and open street parking . Other things to note Everything you need is within a 10 to 15 minute walk in the neighborhood, including the YMCA. If you leave the neighborhood, there is major outdoor shopping center, Costco, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Walgreens, restaurants and hospitals within a 10 to 15 minute drive. AGE REQUIREMENT: Reserving guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during the entire rental period. No third-party bookings allowed. A photo of government IDs required for each registered adult and must be provided within 72 hours of booking. MAXIMUM GUESTS: The maximum amount of overnight guests is 6 (sleeps up to 6 adults/children). Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Day guests are allowed with prior approval. NO PETS: No pets are allowed, including emotional support animals and therapy animals. If it is discovered a pet is on the property, all guests will be asked to leave the home immediately with no refund for the remainder of the reservation. Also request that any potential guest with an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) service animal please message before booking. SMOKING/NICOTINE PRODUCTS/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES PROHIBITED: The home is a nicotine-free establishment. No cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, illegal substances, etc., are permitted on the property, indoors or outdoors. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS: Guests are prohibited from organizing or allowing a disruptive party or event, or large gatherings. If it is discovered there is a violation of this rule, all guests will be asked to leave the home immediately with no refund for the remainder of the reservation. QUIET HOURS: The home is located in a residential neighborhood. As a general courtesy, we ask that guests be mindful of the amount of noise they create, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. PARKING: Vehicles may be parked in two assigned parking spaces. Street parking also available. SECURITY CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have security cameras/recording devices located on the outside of the home focused on entrances to the property, as well as the backyard .
