La Signora Hotel

This is our second year staying at La Signora Boutique Hotel and it was superb once again. Super hotel, friendly and attentive staff and spotlessly clean. We had a mountain view room which meant we could watch as the sun came up over the mountain in the morning - stunning. The breakfast is perfect - plenty of choice and fresh food. The hotel has a wonderful ambience and they make you feel so welcome - Greek night and Jazz night certainly shouldn’t be missed and it’s well worth trying the extensive menu of cocktails!! I cannot express how lovely this hotel is - we will be back for third visit next year!!

We spent two weeks at La Signora in June 2024 and have spent the intervening 12 months counting down the days until we could return. Delighted to say the 2025 vintage was every bit as enjoyable. The hotel is the definition of relaxation. It's not too big (35 rooms) but big enough to make you feel you are staying in a hotel with all the benefits that come with it as opposed to an apartment. The staff are some of the most friendly we have ever come across (in fact, within minutes, you look upon them as friends, not staff), the atmosphere is beautifully laid-back and the setting is stunning, with sea views from the public terrace, while in the other direction, Mount Ainos peers down on you. The weekly jazz and Greek nights are particular highlights. If I had to make couple of constructive criticisms, the pool could maybe do with a few more sunbeds (didn't bother us unduly as we prefer the beach but if you like a day by the pool you'd have to be up early to nab a bed) and perhaps the revamped menu would have benefited from keeping some of the Greek standards such as moussaka and stifado alongside the new more avant-garde offerings. These minor observations apart tough, what a brilliant hotel from where to enjoy the best of what Greece has to offer. Can't wait to return in 2026.

The hotel offers a relaxed personal atmosphere with great views of the surrounding area The food is great quality and plentiful portion sizes , we liked the pizza The pool area is very clean and pleasant The room we stayed in had great views and very comfortable . The staff where very helpful and professional The only negative was the steep trek back up to the hotel from Lourdata beach we are in our 60s and could walk it ok we did see transport available for less active visitors
