Great warm welcome by Sarah the owner. Beautiful well appointed room, comfortable bed. Very family oriented. Met Sarah's mom, who prepared a fabulous breakfast and her dad who was making enhancements to the pool. We enjoyed the area and spent time and sampled wine at Lovingston Winery. Owner on site, very friendly. Dinner at Vitos Italian restaurant. Great entries, Great desserts and reasonably priced.

We had a great stay at the Orchard House! The Thatchers are wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome. Even though we were only there one night, it was super relaxing and a great experience. We’d definitely recommend the early check in to give you some more time at the pool. We’d also highly recommend the extra option for dinner! It was so awesome to be able to enjoy a delicious three course dinner on the front porch overlooking the vineyard and not have to go out to eat. The breakfast in the morning was equally delicious as dinner and a great start to the day. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and get away, this is it!

From beginning to end my husband & I had the most incredible experience here at this bed & breakfast! The warm & welcoming hosts elevated every moment to pure luxury. We can’t thank them enough for making our 5 yr anniversary truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently had a delightful stay at the Orchard House B&B. Sarah, and family, were wonderful hosts, providing comfortable accommodations, a truly delicious breakfast, and excellent coffee. The grounds were also well maintained, which provided for a relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast! The setting is so lovely and well designed. The owners are delightful and provide appreciated amenities. Our breakfast presentation was perfect and also delicious! We would love to stay longer the next time!

A beautiful and wonderful property with beautiful rooms and views! The folks at Orchard House were amazing and so nice! The service was excellent and the food was "off the charts" great! We loved walking around the sprawling property and sitting on Adirondack chairs around the big gas fire pit! I recommend Orchard House to anyone!

Clearly, I am not the demographic in which the inn caters. There were several things that could have made my stay more enjoyable. Just a few of the most important things to me are drinking water available on the second floor. When I inquired The response was I could get water from the bathroom sink. Also, They should consider posting the breakfast menu the night before. Most of the breakfast items were sweet event the link sausage tasted like they were maple flavored. If I knew what they were serving I could make other arrangements because I have blood cancer and I avoid sugar as much as possible.

The best bed and breakfast experience we’ve ever had! We met our daughter and son-in-law there for a few days of exploring the area and we all agreed the hosts, Sarah and Caleb, ensured the meals were gourmet level while meeting all dietary restrictions and the rooms were comfortable and inviting. The historic house and the vineyards in the mountains were scenic and a comfortable place to relax. The wine produced from their vineyards was also great. Will definitely return!
