Fantastic location (although new construction adjacent to the property may change this in the future). The property (not just the apartment my family stayed at) is a bit run down, but not to the point where anything is critically wrong. Paint is chipped, doors dented, trim boards popped off, AC vents caked with dust, etc. The only thing that I would say needs to be addressed is the doorknob lock on the front door was broken, as was the screen door lock. This wasn't, ultimately, a problem because the deadbolt was very functional. The only real drawback to this location is parking is atrocious, then again, so is parking at just about every beachfront property. At the price, this place is pretty hard to beat, honestly. I'd gladly come back again with my family.

Location location Everything was just as advertised. The host offers a clean and comfortable space to enjoy the white sandy beach. Every convenience is provided for. We couldn't have been happier
