Hampton by Hilton Lu’an Shanghe Street
9.7 (1,220 تقييم)

Hampton by Hilton Lu’an Shanghe Street ★★★★

📍 Shop No. 01, 1st Floor, Building 32, Zhenxing Shanhefu, Foziling East Road, لو آن

"Staying at the Hampton by Hilton Luan Shanghe Street was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby's attention to detail immediately caught my eye, especially the festive National Day decorations and that delightful popcorn machine. The freshly made popcorn was sweet and crispy, a hit with both kids and adults. The hotel surprised us with so many little touches – adorable toy cars, airplane models, and even lollipops; my child was thrilled during check-in. The cozy reading corner in the lobby, with its children's picture books and local tourist maps, is perfect for families with kids and anyone looking to explore Luan. The public areas are stylishly designed, blending modern decor with warm furnishings, making them ideal for both relaxation and business meetings. The service was impeccable; the staff were warm and attentive, showing genuine sincerity from check-in to check-out. The facilities are also new, and the room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay. All in all, whether you're traveling with family or on a business trip, Hampton by Hilton Luan Shanghe Street is an excellent choice. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the experience is fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Luan!"

"This is my second time staying here, and I was once again deeply impressed by the lovely smile of Xiao Jin at the front desk. She also helped me with the check-in process. This time, my room was upgraded to an 'oxygen bar' type, which had no unpleasant odors, and the oxygen machine even produced oxygen, making me feel very comfortable. A beautiful day starts with a breath of fresh air [smiley face]."

"I don't usually write reviews, but I was truly touched by this Atour Hotel in Lu'an 🥺🥺 I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM that night, starving, dragging my suitcase. I was planning to just order some takeout, but the hotel had instant noodles for late-night snacks. A bowl of noodles and porridge at that late hour was incredibly comforting. That same night, my period suddenly started. Since I didn't have any sanitary napkins with me and the takeout would take a while, I called the front desk for help. The robot delivered three sanitary napkins of different lengths (perfectly suited to my needs), a cup of brewed brown sugar ginger tea, three extra packets of ginger tea, and a little note from the receptionist 🥲🥲🥲 I was so touched. In short, this Atour Hotel in Lu'an is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The owner is generous, and the receptionist is attentive. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Lu'an!"

ELONG Hotel (Lu'an Wanda Plaza Hongjie Store) ★★★

📍 1st Floor, Baiyuan Building, Jiefang Middle Road, لو آن

"The environment and service were barely acceptable, but I would definitely not recommend this hotel to everyone. Before 7 AM, when it was already light, the curtains couldn't block out the sunlight at all. I suspect this was intentional, since all budget hotels do this – they don't want you to sleep comfortably or until after noon. It was terrible; the curtains just wouldn't close properly. The breakfast was even worse, with barely any items. I would never recommend it. Aside from that, the cleanliness was okay."
