I really like this place. Despite it is a historic building built over 100 years ago, the renovation keeps the old charm Fresh Colonial style with a touch of modernism managed by Swiss administration. The room itself is new and spacious with super nice interior and decoration. The hotel is rather small though without other facility like swimming pool. That might be a reason that the price is really good. I recommend staying on the 2nd floor because it can avoid some noises from the street during early morning. I stayed on the ground floor and did not realize there is solid doors at the balcony that I could close to avoid noise and light from the street, so I had a bad first night. And the location is great. It is close to the main walking street and the river.

The B&B is a renovated old French building. It is located on a small road beside the road. The owner is from Chongqing. He provided very considerate service. He helped us recharge our phone cards, exchange money (the exchange rate was also very suitable), and recommended nearby attractions and restaurants. In short, he answered all your questions. Welcome everyone to choose this place as your first stop in Luang Prabang.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Mekong and the main street of the city museum. The house has the charm of the old. Breakfast takes place outside, on the edge of Mekong. The receptionist is a friendly and helpful person to book trips and boat tickets.

The boss is Chinese and is from Harbin, Northeast China. The receptionist is warm and welcoming. The rooms are hygienic and have 1.5-meter beds. The price-performance ratio is very high. The independent building is quiet and the windows are green. It is especially suitable for Chinese people to stay. The hotel is located right between the city center and Guanxi Falls (we walked 3.5 kilometers from the city center to the hotel). The boss happened to have electric cars for rent, so we rented two and traveled around the whole place. The city is so touching. Then book a car to go to Guanxi Falls, which is 30 kilometers away and very convenient.

Very helpful landlord offering me a number of free rides and where-to-go tips. Very clean and everything was working, compared to similar class of accommodation, Highly recommended. The slightly away from the touristy location also allowed me to visit a temple and a food market not commonly discussed by tourists.

The environment of hotels in the old town is relatively old, but this one is really very clean. The cleaning lady cleans it more carefully than her own home. At this price, it is the first choice in the old town. The young couple who own the B&B are also very friendly. They helped to carpool to the waterfall and even invited me to have dinner with them on the first day (it was delicious, and they are cooking experts~). As long as you ask, they will tell you everything. If you come to Laos for the first time, choosing this place as your first stop will make you feel very at ease~ The location of the hotel is relatively perfect. It is very close to the night market and the morning market (not too close, otherwise it will be noisy). You don’t need to take a tuk-tuk when going out. You can walk everywhere. Anyway, I spent three days in Luang Prabang and didn't take a tutu. When you walk to the hotel intersection, you will see one of the routes for giving alms. The glutinous rice used for giving alms is sold on the roadside. The other side of the intersection is the Mekong River. The river water is yellow and ugly during the day, but once the sunset, my God, it feels like a movie. Walking along the river, there are restaurants everywhere, and the prices are very affordable. Just close your eyes and choose~ The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the minivan I took when I came here dropped me off at the wrong intersection. I dragged my luggage under the scorching sun and looked for the hotel for more than 10 minutes (I didn't buy a sim card in advance)

The newly opened hotel has relatively new facilities and supplies. It is also convenient to travel. It is close to the river and the neighborhood. The boss is a white man. Their breakfast is a standard Western breakfast. It is jointly operated with the local joma coffee shop. You can hear the sound of motorcycles outside. But it is not bad at night. There are fewer motorcycles and you can sleep quietly. There is no TV. Bicycles can be used for free, which is quite convenient.

Very nice, clean huts/rooms with very nice beds and mattresses in a great location on the river with lovely views. Great service for food and drinks, manager speaks English, Chinese and Lao and was very friendly and helpful. Easy journey to waterfalls. Very nice.
