"Hotel check-in was fast and friendly. The room was on the 5th floor which is the top floor. The room and the bathroom were spotless. Complimentary Wifi, a large TV, and a couple of bottles of water. Breakfast was included, and there was a huge choice of foods available. My only complaint was that the room could have been warmer. Heating seemed to be a problem. Public transit is close by, no more than a 10-minute walk away. I can recommend this hotel in Lublin"

"Lovely Hotel. Very clean. There was even a lady scrubbing the stairs carpets whilst we were there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. It's about a mile from the town centre. I am happy to recommend it. Breakfast was included and had a selection of salads, cereals, yoghurts etc. The Jewish Museum is next door which is worth a visit."

"Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was clean, and the bathroom, very clean The bed semi semi-comfortable, pillows not very fluffy Good wifi and a fairly large TV Now, the reason I gave this hotel only two stars . The breakfast was ok, but compared to other HI, it was not up to par. The biggest complaint was the lack of heating in the room. I did speak to three employees at the front desk about the lack of heating in the room. I inquired as to whether they may have portable heaters. The answer was no. I was informed that it would be noted and passed on to the Technician who sets the heating standard for the hotel. It was very cold in my room for my entire stay; I could feel a draft coming from the window area. After taking a warm shower in the evening, and then stepping out of the shower, it was like walking into an ice cave. The maximum temperature that could be set was 23 °C. It could be set to 25°C, but it would drop down to where the technician had set it to 23 °C. The temperature of the room should be left up to the guest, not some guy who does not stay in the hotel and can go home to a warm and comfortable living area. I also think that the employees that I spoke to could have followed up on my request and at least asked me if the heat in the room was to my satisfaction. If I had paid cash for the room, I may have asked for my money back and have gone elsewhere, but since I paid with my IHG reward points, that is a lost cause. Would I recommend staying at this hotel? No, because obviously, the customer does not come first."

"Our first family trip to Lublin we decided to stay at the Ibis Styles hotel. Fairly new and modern hotel, clean, comfortable, good sound proofing, nice bathrooms. Breakfast had a lot of choices including for those that are healthy minded. Plenty of free parking spaces. Good location to all tourist attractions. The restaurant is also good in terms of choices and price. I would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed here for 3 nites on my own for a short break in lovely Lublin. Hotel is large clean with a generally helpful polite staff.The bedrooms are spacious , I booked a superior room with breakfast and this was satisfactory and comfortable. What wasn’ t satisfactory was the shower cubicle which was tiny and the hand held shower head. I have stayed in many Mercure hotels in Poland and all have had step in “ rainbow showers” The fact that Mercure Lublin hasn’t , does it a significant disservice. Breakfasts were modest and again not up to Mercure standard, particularly the limited choice and the scrambled eggs which were invariably Luke warm and not replenished regularly. There is no designated bar area so if you wish to have a quiet drink you have to sit in the dining room. They should have a small designated bar area with comfortable seating. Location is good, 20 minute brisk walk into Old Town. Third visit to this hotel and it needs a freshening up. Would I stay here again? Probably yes but they really need to sort out the showers first."

"Amazing experience with a quick one night stay in Lublin. Conveniently located in the city center, walking distance (maybe 10min) to the centre / Rynek Sq. Hotel feels fresh, built inside of an old renovated building - in fact just the facade remain intact and the whole modern "box" is inside. This means windows do not open but the aircon works just right. Nice on site restaurant and decent breakfast (awesome coffee!!). Room feels fresh and well maintained. Interesting touch - instead of bottled water in rooms, water dispensers are installed on every floor - grab as much you want! Extremely helpful and polite staff. Car parking is nearby but not very obvious to locate; just follow the guidance provided by hotel staff :)."
