Needs serious improvement on service training! Stayed for over 3weeks... not impressed 😕

房間還不錯，整體服務略差一點點

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, an toàn, nằm trong TOP khách sạn an toàn tại Conggo, tuy nhiên phòng tắm không có vận dụng cá nhân như bàn chải đánh răng, kem đánh răng, lược chải đầu. Khách sạn hay bị cắt điện đột ngột do mạng lưới điện tại Conggo, thời giam cắt điện chỉ một vài phút, nên không quá bất tiện. Bữa ăn sáng chủ yếu cho khẩu vị người châu Âu và Châu Phi.

Breakfast was cold and Omlet can after 15min and by then I had left table. Was only told by my colleagues

J’ai bien aimé l’accueil lors de mon arrivé avec un personnel agréable. La chambre était bien mais il manquait des babouches de chambres mais en terme de variété du menu , j’ai bien mangé avec un personnels professionnels et avenant. J’ai vraiment aimé le Room service pour sa rapidité. Leur petit-déjeuner est beau et très bon. J’y retournerai sûrement ces vacances

Après plusieurs temps passé chez novotel , voilà encore je viens d’expérimenter un meilleur moment . J'ai vraiment aimé leur buffet de dimanche avec un service professionnel. Et j'ai également aimé l'atmosphère qui règne au rooftop , un beau cadre avec un service impeccable et des serveurs souriants

Le rooftop X-pression de l’hôtel Novotel est sans doute l’un des plus beaux endroits où j’ai eu l’occasion de passer du temps. Situé en hauteur, il offre une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la ville, parfaite pour se détendre ou partager un moment unique. L’ambiance y est chaleureuse, élégante et bien pensée pour créer une atmosphère apaisante tout en restant animée. Le service est professionnel, la sélection musicale du Dj exceptionnelle , attentif et toujours avec le sourire. Les installations sont modernes, propres et bien entretenues. Que ce soit pour un rendez-vous professionnel, une sortie entre amis ou un moment à deux, le X-pression répond parfaitement à toutes les attentes. La qualité sonore, l’éclairage, l’organisation et l’accueil témoignent d’un vrai souci du détail. C’est un lieu qui élève l’expérience client à un autre niveau. Pour les amateurs de lieux chics, calmes et inspirants, je recommande vivement. Bravo à toute l’équipe du Novotel pour ce joyau perché en plein cœur de la ville. Le X-pression est définitivement un endroit à découvrir et à revisiter encore et encore.

Franchement,mon séjour à Novotel était super agréable! La chambre était propre, calme et super magnifique. L’ambiance du lieu est top, et le personnel vraiment sympa,souriant et tout . Je recommande à 100 % et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

The service at this hotel is truly outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere and elegant decor. I also loved the attention to detail in the common areas. Everything was well maintained, and I felt genuinely cared for during my time there.

Great value for the price. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. The hotel itself is stylish and cozy. The staff made me feel at home from day one, and the housekeeping was flawless. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the comfortable working space in the room. Perfect for both work and relaxation.
