Typical Tuscan farmhouse in stone, renovated respecting the original construction. Located in the middle of the Tuscan hills. Own outside seating areas. View of the medieval village of Lucignano (about 2 km away). Small lake for sport fishing at 500 meters. The house consists of 3 apartments with kitchen. They are not connected internally to each other, but are all rented together. Very old farmhouse "Tenuta Farneta", surrounded by trees and meadows. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Firenze, in the countryside. Private: property, garden, swimming pool (16 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue. A lovely holiday house which we hired for 3 generations to share. The house itself is divided into 3 separate areas which worked well for the different families. The house is decorated in a rustic style and the cooking facilities were basic but adequate.
