"The room provided is very nice. Amenities is really good, only that there is a lift problem, but they resolve the issue quickly. Toilet is really good, just need to bear in mind to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is very convenient, near to public transport station and 10-15 mins to airport by car. Overall I’m satisfied with the hotel!"
"Located right in the heart of the city, the Masa Hotel in Portugal was an excellent experience.
I chose the Masa Hotel for my trip to Lisbon and it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is perfectly located, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it convenient for visiting attractions and navigating the airport. There are also many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby.
The spacious and clean rooms, with modern amenities and a reliable free Wi-Fi connection, made my stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was a real surprise, with its diverse selection and delicious local cookies.
The 24-hour front desk staff was incredibly helpful and patient, whether providing directions or answering questions. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, fitness center, and other amenities to meet your every need. The overall experience was excellent, no wonder it's so popular. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lisbon!"
"This hotel is an absolute tip. Great location on Campo Grande not far from the airport with a direct metro connection to the city.
If you like to sleep with the window open you will hear the planes, but that didn't bother us.
The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished. There is no reception, the hotel sends a code and detailed instructions. If you have booked through an operator, write to the hotel or call and you will receive the information via WhatsApp within a minute
We really liked everything and it was the perfect place for our stopover"
"The hotel is relatively conveniently located - it is not in the city center, but close to the metro and in 25 minutes you can get to the center without transfers.
The rooms need renovation. Everything is a bit shabby and some of the equipment clearly needs renovation. We stayed at the end of December and the rooms were quite cool, since there is no heating in the rooms and there is a strong draft from the windows.
The breakfasts are monotonous. Plus, it would be nice to diversify the eggs and cereal with oatmeal."
"The fixtures and fittings were quite dated for a global brand hotel. Location was kinda far from the city centre so you need to Uber/cab down. Walking would not be possible. 10 mins walk to the nearest metro. Staff were all friendly so that was a plus point. The team at the concierge was super duper friendly so we were happy :) thanks for a good stay!"
"The room is very clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and comfortable. The rich breakfast that lasts until 11 am is very friendly for tourists or business people. It can save you a lunch 😆. It is also very close to supermarkets and subway stations. You can reach Liberty in four subway stops. Avenue attractions."
"The first time I stayed at the Sana Hotel, I was generally satisfied. The service was very warm and polite. The restaurant service was particularly good. The hotel buffet was also very varied and the taste was OK. When I checked out, I also bought some specialties in the merchandise department on the first floor. It feels quite good!"
"VIP Executive Entrecampos hotel is a good choice when traveling to Lisbon. The room was good and clean. Ther breakfast was very good. There is a good variety of choices. There a few suggestions to improve the quality of the stay for possible guests. 1. The rooms need to have an upgrade. There are few details that could annoy or be hazardous. The rugs in the rooms by the bed block the fridge doors and make difficult to open them. 2. The same rugs could cause tripping particularly when traveling with older people. In my case I was traveling with my mother and she tripped once but I was near her. 3. The hotel needs maintenance and a serious remodeling. One of my high points was the pool, steam room and sauna. They were fantastic. I also loved the piano in the lobby. Overall, this place is a good choice when visiting Lisbon. Thank you for the great service"
"Overall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer."
